Service was amazing, especially Max, room was very clean , quiet and comfy bed.

Our rooms were an oasis aesthetically and functionally designed with the guests' comfort the upper most consideration. The bars and restaurants were a delight with superb drinks and cuisine. We had an exquisite after Opera dinner in the Grune Bar, and, of course, we had to order the famous Sacher Torte in the Cafe Sacher. The hotel breakfast was extensive with a buffet, and a la carte options served in either the gentle morning room or the Grune Bar and was a lovely way to start the day. The staff, regardless of their position, were extremely polite, friendly, and very well trained. All our requests, e.g, for taxis, valet parking, tickets, directions, and advice on attractions, were handled cheerfully and quickly. All these factors have meant that our very happy memories of the Hotel Sacher will not fade.

It is situated 6.5 km from Vienna Main Railway Station and provides a lift. The apartment also features free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Beautiful and stylishly decorated apartment. Super comfortable equipped with all you need for a short or longer stay. Klaus was very kind and responsive and prepared very detailed info for self check in which was very convenient. Subway station was very close, and its not that far from the city as it looks on the map. Will definitely be back when visiting Vienna in the future!

Arriving on an early morning flight, we were pleasantly surprised when Ms. Iva managed to arrange for our room to be ready well before the usual check-in time. Her efforts went far beyond typical hospitality, ensuring that our stay started smoothly and stress-free. Additionally, the hotel’s SPA and gym are both well-equipped and tastefully designed, adding to the overall luxury of our visit. Our stay at The Amauris Vienna Hotel was truly memorable, largely thanks to the outstanding service and the elegant environment.
