Location and views are incredible! Staff is super friendly and the rooms are really beautiful. We arrived with a night bus at 5am and they let us stay in their Spa area to rest until breakfast. You can rent bikes or a scooter directly at the property.

Location is great. There is a massage center right at the lobby/entrance of the hotel. A highly recommendable Vietnamese Resto is right in front of the hotel. Shopping stores selling cheap clothes and jackets are just on the same block. A mini grocery is adjacent to the hotel. It takes a 5 minute walk to reach Sunworld (if you have plans of going to Fansipan) and a 10 minute walk if you're planning to be at the city center. Eric, the manager, is a genie! He could arrange everything from motorbike rental to laundry service to bus tickets, etc even in odd hours! He is super helpful and knowledgeable and made our trip hassle free. He is part of the charm of this hotel. The room we had is huge - they certainly didnt scrimp on space. Bed is very comfortable I wish I could stay there for a long time.
