The staff was very friendly and we felt right at home. The rooms were clean and very large and the tours they offered were amazing. We took a private trekking tour and loved every bit of it. The location was also very central and we could reach everything by foot.

Nel viaggio in Vietnam, ho incluso 4 notti a Sapa. Per fortuna, ho rinunciato alla prenotazione al Hotel La Coupole (centrale, ma troppa confusione) e ho scelto di alloggiare al Lady Hill Resort, nell’Executive Suite con Mountain View. L’albergo è nuovo, posizione strepitosa, su una collina, vicino alla funivia che porta sul Fansipan, con una navetta gratuita che porta nel centro di Sapa (si deve prenotare alla reception l’ora di andata e di ritorno). Bel arredamento, molto pulito, ottima colazione, abbiamo cenato nel loro ristorante, tutto il personale è molto gentile. Un ringraziamento speciale a Sofia (Thúy Ngân) la Reservation Supervisor che parla un ottimo inglese. Ha risposto subito a tutti e-mail e messaggi WhatsApp che ho mandato all’albergo prima di partire, ci ha organizzato il private transfer dall’aeroporto di Hanoi a Sapa, ci ha spiegato come fare per arrivare in cima al Fansipan e come visitare i vari templi là su, ha acquistato per noi i biglietti del cable car per non fare la fila, ci ha dato ottimi consigli su varie richieste. Lady Hill Resort è la scelta migliore per soggiornare al top in Sapa.

Nice, clean and updated rooms; Owner was very helpful and accommodating ; the location is great if you want far away from the noise and buzz of Sapa. We jad a motorcycle with us so the distance to Sapa is not an issue. Easy walk to neighboring ethnic villages; a handful of good restaurants and stores for snacks and supplies nearby. Owner is currently building an extension for a restaurant , Cafe & Rooftop pool. We had the 4th floor with balcony so it was a great to watch the village locals go about their daily routines from the top.
