Small paradise! The location is great, just on the sandy beach. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Wooden houses are amazing! Wide bedroom and super cool bathroom. We stayed at the second level to the beach houses. The food in the restaurant was really delicious, a bit pricy but it is expected as it's a 5* resort.

The staff are very kind and helpful. They picked us up from and to the airport for free. I think it's a promo for this month or something. They even gave me a birthday gift and free fruits the night before my birthday. The room is neat and very comfortable. It has a fantastic ocean view from its balcony. We could watch the musical water show from there, too. The hotel is just a few minutes from the Kiss Bridge, the place where they hold the musical water show, the Sunset Town beach, and the cable car station. You could reach those places just by walking. There are restaurants and coffee shops around the area, too. Overall, our experience here is great and we would definitely book this hotel again when we go back to Phu Quoc next time.

-Super comfy pillows and bed -Clean beach with pure sea -I was there to enjoy my new year holiday alone, their General Manager Winston kindly had some small talk/chats with me in case i felt isolated from the festive vibe, hehehe :)
