We were able to check in at 4 am for a small fee of 150k dong after our overnight bus arrived, which was amazing! Sy picked us up for no charge and took us back to the homestay. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is free breakfast in the morning with choice of water or other beverage (small if you are a big breakfast person, but it was perfect for me since I don’t have much of an appetite in the morning). I got acupuncture and a massage and it was great! I recommend requesting either Sy or his wife do the massage because they are the most experienced. You get 20% off of massage services if you stay at the homestay. We were able to rent a motorbike for 1/2 day since it was raining for a fee of 75k dong plus the cost of gas. You can also pay with card for everything at the end of your stay (with a 3% fee) this was helpful for us to conserve our cash and get some credit card points. He helped us book a bus to Hue and even drove us to meet the bus on the main road. He was very helpful, and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Phong Nha.

The owners are just unbelievable, they came to bus station at 5am and gave us a extremely early check in for free. They organized our tour and bus to Hue (pick up front there). They are just the best and kind people I've meet this trip. Can't thank them enough for their hospitality and such a big heart. I felt like home away from home. Location and the room was great too.

The owners were so very kind , the man even slept in the living room waiting for us as the sleeper buses get in at very early times (4/5am). I also heard him doing this for other guest and even going to collect them at this early times. The pool was so large and clean ! Nice and quiet ! You also get a discount for the spa next door . Breakfast was delicious:) Very welcoming and lovely owners and helped us with any questions about the area or our travels . You could also borrow bikes for free and rent motorcycles

Very nice place right next to a big lake. Very friendly staff who was very helpful and made us feel home. The food was also quite nice. There are 2 swimming pools and both are quite big.

We were there during Tet, and had the place to ourselves until the last day, when many Vietnamese families arrived to celebrate Tet together. The staff were amazing, ensuring we had everything we needed, and one staff member even gave us a special Bánh Tét (glutinous rice cake with pork belly and mung beans filling, cooked in banana leaf for 24 hours) that his wife had made. The food was lovely, and during our 4-day stay, we were able to sample many of the dishes available. We were in one of the farm cabins, which was roomy, with the most comfortable bed. I had the best nights’ sleeps I had experienced for a long time. The most wonderful thing was the smiles we received every time we came in contact with any of the staff. With many hugs as we checked out, we really did feel as though we arrived as guests and left as family.
