Lovely and helpful English-speaking staff, chill place, cleanliness, free bicycle rental (5 min ride to the center) nice views of the river, ... The room was exactly how we saw it in the photos when we booked it, it was great to know we got what we expected. Great value for money, highly recommended for anybody staying in Hoi An. Thanks to all the staff in the reception, guest relations, housekeeping, etc... we'll definitely come back!

Minden csodálatos volt, talán nem túlzás azt állítani, hogy az egyik legjobb hotel, amiben valaha megszálltunk. Lyn és minden egyes dolgozó hihetetlenül segítőkész volt, adtak egy csomó tippet, hogy hova érdemes menni, mit érdemes megkóstolni. A szobánk nagyon kényelmes és tágas volt és végre egy hotel, ahol lehet egy jót aludni. Nyugodt szívvel ajánlom!

The hotel was beautiful and in a very peaceful area. The hotel provided a free shuttle service into the old town and to the beach so getting around was easy and most importantly the staff were fantastic. The receptionists in particular were super friendly and helpful and made both check in and check out very easy.

Stayed 3 nights at this lovely hotel right on the river. Jenny, the manager, checked in with us every day and instantly made us feel at home. Min, Rose, Larie and the rest of the staff added to the friendliness and helpfulness and made our stay here so enjoyable. An extra bonus was the hotel barge on the river where we enjoyed cocktails and dinner at sunset. Breakfast room and food selection superb as well as their outdoor patio. Jennie was always on top of everything and at the time of our stay she was adding more plants on the already lush patio. Would highly recommend this hotel.
