The staff were exceptional, and the rooftop pool was great for an evening dip to cool off overlooking the city. Location was also convenient with only walking distance to the main attractions.

It was very comfortable, the rooftop pool and bar were an amazing place to relax when it was so hot out. They offered happy hour drink deals, and there was a great view of the city from up there. And many spas around.

It was all pressed and hung up in our wardrobe when we got back from our trip! Excellent service. The Orchid Hotel I would say is high end. I would definitely recommend. After spending time in chaotic Saigon coming back to the Orchid was a luxury and very relaxing.

The room was large and comfortable and the pool is beautiful and peaceful. The best part of my stay here though was the spa, the whole spa experience was luxurious. This was by far the most expensive massage I got in Vietnam but the access to the saunas before the massage, the quality of the massage, and luxury of the spa made it worth it.

Didn't try the restaurant nor breakfast so can't say much about that. Rooms are nice but no window for ours.
