The location of the hotel is perfect - a few minutes walking distance from the main points (Train Street, Hoa Lo prison, great restaurants such as Cha Ca Thang Long). The customer service was outstanding and the room very comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious and so were the drinks on the rooftop bar.
