Everything about the boat experience was awesome! Right when you arrive you are treated as vip! The food was good - they served lunch, dinner, early bfast, and brunch - and with special attention to dietary restrictions ie allergies. The amenities were exactly what they advertised.

部屋は写真通りで見晴らしも良くとても快適でした。1日中、自室から絶景のハロン湾を眺めることができました。自室以外でもトップデッキや船主デッキなど、ハロン湾の景色は十分堪能できますが大きなガラス窓からデッキにいるように見られるのは価値があります。それと、船の乗り場までハノイ市内から3時間ほどかかりますが、送迎のバスがとてもリラックスできて、快適でした。ただ、帰りはWiFiが使用できなかったのが残念でした。

I like specially the work of all the crew members, commanded by Mr Hill are very efficient and nice. And the food was amazing. All the dishes were incredible!! The view of the room was magnificent and the room was too nice!!

The boat is medium sized and quite new. Rooms are spacious and clean. Balcony is good for having tea and watching views in private. The bathroom has view and private Jacuzzi which is very nice. The 3 days 2 nights schedule is relaxing and interesting. Food is great. In summary can't praise them enough. Staff team led by Mr. Tommy is wonderful, always doing beyond to help. Mr. Lam the tour guide is also very friendly and helpful. Thank you team for making the trip wonderful for us.

Clean and modern rooms, well located hotel within the city with many restaurants and attractions around. Walking distance to the beach, and friendly staff.

Everything was at the highest level. Thank you Helen, Mr John and all Rita Cruise team. Live music, tasty and filling food, quality alcohol. Women were given a flower on March 8th. We were relaxed and satisfied. 🩷

Stayed in Villa 206. Spacious and comfortable for 6 adults. All the facilities were in excellent condition and the staff were great. Definitely will be staying in the premier village next time we are down for a holiday.

We had the scarlet pearl stateroom (VIP). It was absolutely incredible. Absolutely huge with the whole bow and jacuzzi to ourselves. The yacht itself was super high end. Very nice. Staff was completely incredible. We were taken care of by Chris who made sure everything was perfect onboard, then jessica as our stewardess ( absolutely adorable) and was there anytime we needed ANYthing! Then Stefan, who was my contact and setup person before we arrived. Excellent communication. All I can say this cruise is worth the money, especially if you get the big room. Just do it, and do yourself a favor by staying for the 2 night cruise. 1 night is too short. Thanks to scarlet pearl staff, all were exceptional, but they are absolutely lucky to have Chris, Jessica, and Stefan!
