Everything was great, we enjoyed our stay so much and even regretful that we didn’t stay longer. Food was amazing, room was wonderful and definitely enjoyed spending time at the pool bar with delicious cocktails. Staff is friendly and really helpful. Hope to come back again!

Ng Phaselis hotel is a highly recommended option for families looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. The hotel is immaculately clean and well-maintained, with a dedicated team of staff who work tirelessly to ensure that every guest enjoys a pleasant experience. The service at the Ng Phaselis hotel is truly amazing. Guests have access to a WhatsApp group with a hotel assistant who is available to take care of all their needs. The staff members are courteous, friendly, and always ready to assist in any way possible. Furthermore, guests receive a free upgrade to a sea view room which is highly appreciated. For families with kids, the hotel offers a wonderful kids club that provides excellent care for the little ones. Kids who are 4 years old or older can stay unsupervised which allowed us to relax. Special thanks to Melissa, Deniz, and Marina, who were extra amazing with our girls. There’s also number of pools including a indoor heated pool, water park and arcade with video games - needles to say our kids never got bored. For guests traveling with babies, the hotel is well-equipped with baby equipment in the room, and there is a fridge with baby food in the main restaurant, making it very comfortable for parents with babies. However, there are a few minor points for improvement that could make the hotel even better. The vegetarian selection is limited and not very diverse outside the main restaurant. Additionally, most of the special restaurants require extra payment, which was not clear from the official website. Overall, the Ng Phaselis hotel provides excellent value for money, and guests are sure to have a memorable and comfortable stay. It's a great choice for families with kids. I would definitely return to the Ng Phaselis hotel and recommend it to others.

Not big but very nice and cozy hotel! :) Spacy and clean rooms with  a enough large balcony. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the room has own safebox, mini bar etc The hotel is  very clean,  with non-intrusive service (in  good meaning). The clean service is doing really great job without really bothering the guests that is not a case in other hôtels. The hotel stands not so far from Kemer center,  The Old Bazar place is in walking distance from the hotel.  The hotel is located  directly at the beach with comfortable sun beds and sunroofs. The beach is not huge but it’s relatively bigger (in comparison with even more expensive hotels on this cost)  than some beaches nearby, cleaned regularly as well. The food choice is vary enough and (the most important) it’s tasty! My compliments to chef-cook! :) The dessert choice is fantastic and will surely help to get some extra weight as it’s difficult to resist….:) Small animation team, but they were entertaining quite professionally. Nice swimming pool and couple of water slides. We’ve also tried Spa program and left satisfied as well. Special awards are going to Armas Beach reception colleagues and especially to Guest Service manager Firuze who helped us to resolve all  our ´logistics puzzles’ and provided us with all necessary info! They all were very helpful and supportive. Actually this type of service lets you feel like at home! Thank you again for your hospitality and attitude! To conclude: yes, it’s small but very comfortable hotel with nice service, facilities and food and it corresponds to the money you pay! Armas Beach, thanks a lot for unforgettable memories!

Everything was great! The food is very good, fresh and diversified. The rooms are very clean, every day the towels are changed. The pool is a dream....such warm water we never seen before. And the most special ...the hotel staff. I never ever in my life met such good and kind people. If I would ever return to Grand Viking, this is the main reason. They are very friendly, always smiling, always concerned about their costumers. There are not employers, there is a family. We really felt like we are home. A place that exceed your expectation on all levels, this is a resort that has made so much efforts to deliver a service that is not offered by 99% of all properties and hotels in the world. The list of amazing services offered is just too many, but I will mention few: Room: Spacious, comfortable, Showers easy to use, Spectacular view for 80% of rooms, Room service twice a day, a choice of 5 different aroma that will make your room always smell aromatic like SPA. All Restaurant have an A+ Chef, every single restaurant have multiple signature dishes, the food taste and quality are extremely outstanding in all restaurants, that you can never get under one Hotel roof. the Main restuerant is another outstanding experience at all levels. A fine belguim chocolate outlet for takeaways anytime in the day, and a pastry shop that is as good as any High End French Pastery shop in Paris. The beach service, you can order anything you want from any restaurant, and it will be delivered to you without any restrictions, the SPA and Hammam is a walking experience without the need for rebooking, Unlike many hotels, this hotel has very little restrictions that you will not even notice them. even upon early checkout the hotel arrange for a small private room with private shower, to put your luggage, have a rest, until the time of leaving the hotel. in Short this is the most outstanding hotel I have every been in my whole entire life.
