Amazing place, lovey helpful staff that is trying to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We felt really looked after. Huge choice of food and drinks. Entertainment every day/evening. Cool place for people in all ages. Also The Land of Legends was magical especially in the evening. Hope to go back next year.

Ela excellence was just an amazing experience, I was afraid to change hotel that I always go their, but I found that it is the right decision to change because it is 100% better in everything food, rooms, staff.., when I arrived I was surprised that I have two assistants Sude and Metin to assist my vacation days and nights, everyday they send me on whatsapp the scedule of the day to not miss any detail in the hotel which is a very important thing. If I need anything in the hotel I just send message to Sude or Metin, the service will be done in less than 5 minutes😁, they were very helpful and kind persons. I realy love this hotel and I recomand it with all my forces. Thank you ELA EXCELLENCE, thank you Sude, thank you Metin for all your kindness. I will never forget this experiece and I am sure to visit it again.
