Literally everything - facilities, staff, food, room, etc. Maybe first week was a little bit colder than we expected but it has nothing to do with hotel.

We had family 10, including kids(2). Exceptional good service, friendly stuff! Great food (icecream, wafels…😋)and some import alcohol (not wine). Nice clean rooms and we liked that beach and pool area were nearby. Really good entertainment team and evening shows. Norm gym.

small little resort but it got all facilities you need. They have it all, from pillow menu to activities for the youngest kids. Spa is good as well with great treatments. Good food at the main restaurant and at the ala cart restaurants. Nice pool areas. Mixed crowd, elder couples who just want to get a real good sun burn haha, to girls being there on their girls trip with cocktails, shisha and photoshoot. I usually not writing reviews but I really feel that they deserve this one. and if you are happy with the service don’t be cheap, TIP! thank you everyone! and a special thanks to Yunus, Deniz and the spa staff!

Everything is perfect in this hotel, excellent food, a lot of swimming pool, great children club our daughter loved to be there, the staff of the hotel are very nice, freindly & hard working, internet good & free. Excellent place for familes.

Can 100% recommend this hotel❤️ We are very satisfied about staying there. the beach is just amazing! long line, very clean, not full of people! the staff of the hotel very welcoming, polite and friendly! that is making your stay much more comfortable. also most of them speak Russian, and every time trying to help. We like also the atmosphere there, a lot of entertainments:) The territory of the hotel is also very big and beautiful. You can really enjoy safe time in hotel, not necessary to go somewhere else. We also took massage in spa centrum, miss Koman and her friend are good professionals! i’m sending her greetings)

MASSAGE: great professional masseurs and unique experience of hamam/Turkish Bath, all staff is AMAZING!!!!! Raisa is a great guide and helps a lot around the area too! Massage parlor boss is very kind and a great resource too: he will give info on affordable taxi etc. Do get sold to a package of massages, Turkish Bath, facials: not only it saves you $ but also you will probably not get a better massage anywhere in the world for such an affordable price. The masseurs give all of their skills and energy to their clients and love what they do. HAIR SALON: do support an amazing stylist right next to the restaurant. Very thorough and affordably priced. He is the earthquake survivor who lost all his business back home. FOOD: fresh, local, plentiful for 17 hours a day, beautifully cooked and presented, restaurant staff is the most kind and hardworking, always smiling even doing the most tedious jobs. God bless them. HOTEL: well maintained green lawn, splendid trees / bushes and colorful houses, minimalistic comfy ergonomic rooms, beautiful swimming pools and even water slides, walking distance to the great beach, multiple drink/food/snack stations including authentic and all FREE; multiple entertainment programs throughout the day, atmosphere of love towards the guests of any nationality. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and shopping, turn right. ZOO, wow! STAFF: the best , kindest personnel working day and night (!), shampooing or hosing down the territory and managing the restaurant Best experience ever!
