Great new hotel in Central location. However, the breakfast was one the BEST breakfast ive ever experianced,It had everything you need plus more. I would come back krakow just to have that breakfast. Also, staff was super friendly and attantive

+ The hotel itself is located a few minutes away from the city center, and you can also get to the historical part of Krakow from its location fairly quickly, too - without having to use a taxi or public transport, if you don't mind walking for a bit. + There are a lot of useful shops nearby, ranging from "Zabka" (a small general store chain) to "Delikatesy" (drinks, snacks, etc), as well as a nice coffee place & a bakery only 2 minutes away from the hotel. Getting drinks and food is incredibly easy and quick! + Another option of getting food is the hotel's own cafe - though I did not have the chance of trying it out myself, the fact that it's there and available is already a good thing in my book. + The staff speaks English really well and there were no issues with communication whatsoever! + The rooms are beautiful and I really liked the style: it's neat, easy on the eyes and tasteful. We had a chance to try out two rooms during our stay (more on that later) - the one with the orangery, and the double-decked suite. Both are very spacious, but with a sense of order and structure to them. We never felt like the rooms were too big or too small, they were designed and planned *just right*. + All the necessary appliances were provided from the get-go: TVs, remotes, kitchen things, plates, knives, cups, a secure safe and even an iron - which is something those travelling for business reasons will surely appreciate. + Breakfasts are tasty and the options are plentiful, including some tasty deserts. On top of that, the staff was kind enough to prepare a lunch box for my partner who was leaving earlier than the breakfast hours. The lunch box contained sandwiches, fruits & salad - and it all tasted good. + The general manager was very pleasant and considerate!

The room was really nice and the bed very comfy. Breakfast was super good! The place is in a former ghetto place (or right at its border), when you cross the bridge, you enter Kazimierz, a very hipster and historical place! Internet was also good

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The staff are exceptional and the room with balcony view was simply sublime. The breakfast was scrumptious so I know where I am staying at next time I visit Kracow.
