From entering to the hotel all the way through our stay was a great experience. The staff took great care of us from the first minute, everything from showing the room facilities, restaurant recommendations to helping out with directions to visit points. The location is perfect at a calm but central location, reaching key spots within 5-15 minutes walk. It was easy to get to the hotel with the water taxis or the public boats to Rialto. We had an excellent stay which couldn’t have been better. Thank you for making our stay in Venice memorable for life.

Amazing hotel in Venice made our visit to the city so exceptional. I have to give big thanks to the staff for their caring and support during our stay. Basically our luggage has not arrived at the airport, however the staff at the reception were dealing with the issue as it is their own responsibility. They were tracking our luggage status with the lost and found department, and when the luggage arrived they contacted us immediately. The breakfast was so good, many options in the menu and the food is so delicious. The room is very nice and the bathroom is so convenient. The hotel is an old palace and it has it’s own deck for the water taxi. The location of the hotel is very central where we could reach the attractions easily by walking. We really highly recommend this place.
