Clean, modern hotel. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds. Room has own balcony and air conditioning. The breakfast is excellent with fresh products and a lot of variety. Friendly owner. Location is near everything needed. There is also a free parking at the hotel.

The location was very good, the room was spacious and clean. The inside pool was lovely, our son really loved it, making a bad weather day still enjoyable. But most importantly the people hosting us were incredible, making our stay really comfortable. We would like to come back one day.

Clean, comfortable, superb staff, exceptionally well maintained premises, modern, great location and the breakfast was absolutely the best we have ever experienced. Stupendous experience in every way. Thoughtful conveniences throughout the premises from free power banks for your phone, to power washers for your bike and so much more. I have to restate that the breakfast selection and quality was absolutely spectacular offering an amazing array of homemade savoury and sweet choices and went way beyond our expectations. Christine at reception was wonderful and made us feel very welcome and always helpful - I recommend a raise and a promotion ;-) Finally, my compliments to the management for the tremendous culture of hospitality they have instilled into every aspect of the hotel. If you could put into a bottle what you have created here and sell it, you’d become a multi billionaire.

Great location. Appartment includung garage perfect for families with sport equipment. Nice balcony for morning coffee. Very friendly hosts helping with information on local attractions.

Nice view from the spacious balcony. Close to the center (7 mintues by car), 1 minute to the nearest supermarket, and you can find the decent restaurants directly below the apartment. Quiet by night. I'll definitely rent this apartment again when I visit Riva.

The location of the hotel is good. Not far from Lake Garda, close to a grocery store and quite close to the "old town" where the good restaurants are. You can rent a bike, because just across the bridge there is a cycling route north with no cars. That means it's suitable for families with small kids. The rooms were tidy and sleeping comfy. We used pool facilities which was also ok. The stay in the hotel was very good.

Location is just amazing, right on the lake. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was on a road cycling trip, and they had a complete grooming kit, Bike lock and secure bike locker.
