Everything was just incredible! The little lounge space with fire everyday, outdoor sitting area and little stream views. The room was lovely clean, modern with spacious bathroom and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was awesome and just perfect! Bread, pastries, muesli, yoghurt, fruit and hot meal if requested. Made with a lot of love, personal touches and service. Monica and Adriano were always happy to help. The afternoon coffee cakes were a lovely bonus. Ski storage room & lockers also available.

The view is amazing. The staff is the warmest i've ever seen. Madamme Lorenzetti came every evening.to check if everything was ok. Wonderful experience.

We stayed at the Diana for 3 nights in June, 2023. We had a magical experience from beginning to end, and were sad that we had to leave. The owners are genuinely warm, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful with advice on hiking in the area. We were given a very high level of service. The dinners at the restaurant were excellent and they have a good selection of wines to choose from. Breakfast offered choices.

This is not a hotel for people who expect modern luxury - this is a family owned hotel with the history, heritage and soul, run by the family's next generation. The owners work in the hotel on a daily basis and all the staff are very friendly towards the guests. The staff has very warm and individual approach. Location in the city but off the beaten track on a quiet street. Hotel in an Italian mountain style, well-maintained and very clean. Excellent and varied food for dinners (top among our experience). Wellness area available for guests - ideal for relaxing after skiing (incl. indoor swimming pool and outdoor sauna and Jacuzzi). On request, a ski bus takes guests to 3 stations in the town. An exception was made for us and we were allowed to come with a small dog - thank you. Overall we had a great week at Hotel Gianna and would love to return in the future. We highly recommend. Interesting fact, the hotel chosen by the Scuderia Ferrari F1 team (incl. Michael Schumacher, Kimi Räikkönen, Fernando Alonso) when staying in Madonna di Campiglio for the Wroom event. At least 10 F1 drivers world champions, which is probably a very good result among hotels :)

The whole experience was perfect. I would also like to say the staff were amazing with a mention to Ilaria (who made us feel so welcome when we first arrived), Michelle, Fabiola and all the other staff. We would love to come back in the winter.
