Family-friendly, smallish and intimate hotel. Everything is brand new and the very best quality. ALL the staff are excellent (especially Maurizio): they make you feel very welcome and are very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally spacious and luxurious, the beds were very comfortable. We had no noise nuisance from elsewhere whatsoever. Beautiful views & surroundings, calm & tranquil setting. Food and wellness facilities were great. The best hotel-stay we've ever had!!!

Truly amazing staff. We came in late due to delays, but they stayed up for us and welcomed us outside the main entrance. They even brought food to our room as the hotel restaurant and other restaurants in town had closed. They really do make you feel welcome. The hotel itself is very nice, feels modern and traditional at the same time. The hotel has absolutely all facilities one would need for a stay on the mountain. The breakfast was also exceptional. We stayed at several hotels throughout the alps and surrounding areas, and this hotel easily had the absolutely best breakfast.

The location sits in a quiet area which looks out to the city with a good view, perfect for slowing down from life’s stresses. The resort and the people behind it make connecting with nature and relaxation very easy. We loved being able to meet animals who they take care of quite well.
