Liked dinners at Barbeque and Azul very much. Breakfast at Laranja was sumptuous with wide choices. Our room was right at the beach, and the beach was ideally situated within a stone's throw. Great secluded and uncrowded, uncluttered very clean beach. Loved live music by Ashley, friendly and courteous service by Sanjeev, Ashish, Avdhesh and Zeenal. Mr Carmin Pinto and Mr Nitin were very helpful and attentive. Ms Priyanki and Ms Fiona were very helpful and efficient at the reception desk. Mr. Dattaram at the concierge desk was very informative and assisted in resolving many queries I posted to him. Great staff.

Everything, the property itself is gorgeous, river facing , breathtaking views. the staff is handsdown the best we have ever met. the staff upgraded us to river view. the breakfast was amazing. service was top notch

Wondeful stay at the cente of Panjim. The hotel is located within walking distance of all main attractions of the city but still has the luxury you would expect of a Taj hotel, once inside the hotel you don't feel the bustling of the city just outside. Staff is amazing, did everything they can to make our stay more pleasant - reception, bell boy, restaurant, guards at the entrance - all always smiling and inquiring about your day and your stay. Truly we had a great time. We'd like to point out Ira at the reception who met us a day before we checked in and is the major cause for our decistion to come to the hotel. She was so pleasant and gave a thorough tour of the hotel. Showed us different rooms with such patience. Truly a professional. All in all very good choice for your Panjim hotel.

The location next to the bus stand was very convenient and was also a 5 minute walk from Panjim's historic quarter. The breakfast selection was fantastic and the wait staff and managers were very polite and helpful. In fact they even went out of their way to remember my order of a masala omelet with mushrooms [though not on the menu] and when not possible informed me so. I felt cared for. Even the HK boy Ashaf was a gem. Not only did he understand my needs but also tried his best to make me comfortable. Will always remember his smile as well as the Konkan girl [Supervisor] and the Asamese boy [Rai] at the front desk. I love how they tuned their professionalism to my nature and i felt we became friends. You must try the spa on the 7th floor and definitely the Balinese Massage. The girls over there are very hardworking and good at their job. On the last day when i had to leave it poured like crazy and I had already checked out but due to some work i stepped out of the hotel and got drenched, the hotel staff went out of their way to not only provide me with a towel to wipe myself but also a bag to keep my wet soiled clothes. The staff are truly fantastic and worthy of their qualifications.

Firstly on arrival , I was immediately upgraded to a much higher category room. The room service food was as usual great. Every small or big request was dealt with superbly in a few minutes. For me , Panjims best hotel in terms of VFM, location, service and food.

The hotel location is central, which means candolim Calangute etc and Panjim is just minutes away. Also the famous mall de goa is just next to the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, ideal for family and couples with a restaurant that serves delicious food and drinks. Not to forget the rooftop pool with an infinity view. Overall true value for money and a modern place.
