Simply put - EVERYTHING! The whole experience was nothing short of exceptional PLUS (not just exceptional). The exteriors, interiors, quality of food, interactions with the staff - right from the darwan (Amereesh?), the front desk staff, waiters, chefs, live music, swimming life guard (pradeep), managers .... did I miss anyone?!! 😀 The TATA brand is flying high for sure! We were a family with young kids and our parents staying for 3 days and we had a wonderful stay at Dera Jaipur. All the rooms were spacious, clean with all facilities & amenities we needed. The host and staff are very gracious and we were provided with everything we asked for. Food is home made, fresh and delicious. Cooper the dog is adorable. The hosts stay on the property and are always available in case of recommendations or questions. Everything was perfect and highly recommended for families visiting Jaipur.

The hotel is very luxury and beyond expectations with very kind staff whom receipted us warmly and elegantly. The staff is very specious and available all time doing their best in order to obtain unforgettable experience at this specious hotel. All hotel’s amenities were extraordinary specially restaurant that was outstanding and has many options. Spacial thanks to Manasvi & Aditi for their outstanding care and support during our stay. Also I would like to thank master Chef for his caring specially for delicious plates that were prepared to us. Thanks goes to entire staff whom make the hotel the way it is.

This hotel, a former palace of the maharaja of Jaipur, is spectacular. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the lighting makes the place magical at hight. The staff is as good as I have ever experienced, giving complete credibility to the reputation of India's luxe hotels. There to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, the Jai Mahal Palace bent over backwards to make the stay extra special. It was a memorable stay!
