Good job in selecting and retaining such a professional staff team. Leela's staff and services were impeccable. Little things and attention to details by staff show in all aspects of the hotel. Manas was excellent at room keeping, Sanchali was very good too, Sherry and Mrinmoyee at the club were very forthcoming in their services. The entire Royal Club experience was awesome. Thanks to Ananya at the reception who upgraded us to make our stay very memorable. Ashutosh was very helpful too at the reception. Your entire staff at the breakfast counters, spa and gym and at the welcome door were helpful and courteous. Can’t thank you all enough . Close to Indra Nagar, restaurants, pubs and major attractions.
