Most beautiful design and room has every possible thing that you can need of. The service is amazing, they helped us to book airport transfer. I personally recommend to dine in their restaurant and try Balinese dinner experience. Especially thanks to Desak,Tana,Doni,Fiona,Aussie, Nicho and all the staff for their exceptional efforts to make our holiday easy and most relaxing. We had a one small problem with credit card payment with booking but the staff in the reception solved the problem best possible way and they even upgraded our room. We will definitely stay in this hotel again if we come back to Kuta

I checked out from this hotel so I can try many hotels in Bali, after checking in in the other hotel, I realised that I forgot my passport and an amount of cash in the safety box in my previous room in Mamaka by Ovolo, so I called them to tell them about my lost items, they told me not to worry about them, I came the next day to the reception to collect my passport and my money, the full amount of money was there, I checked in again to the hotel because from what I saw it was the best hotel in that area. Location is great or maybe the best in Kuta, close to the beach, shopping centre and restaurants. The rooms were very clean, the staff are very friendly, hanost and helpful, with no exceptions they were like a big family. If I would give Bali 9/10 rating, this hotel make it 10/10.

Un hotel de 5* in adevaratul sens al cuvantului. Decorul din lobby este spectaculos. Atitudinea si serviciile personalului impecabile! Politicosi, zambitori si receptivi la orice problema. Curatenia in camere f buna cu schimbat de lenjerie si prosoape in fiecare zi. Minibarul este gratuit si in fiecare zi dupa curatenie este lasat un mini desert. Micul dejun este delicios si cu multe optiuni. Multumim lui Andi - sales si Elis - guest service pentru o vacanta superba. Deja am vorbit pentru a reveni anul viitor.

the ease of access directly into the checkin counter in one minute yay. loved the location as we didn’t feel like we were at the airport. love the premium access room. views & food!!. loved the late checkout & very accommodating staff. loved the first class massage at the spa. pool was great too. everything to love about this hotel ❤️👏👏 Breakfast & room service was great too. Perfect location to relax before our journey back. Hope to return

Staff are warm, welcoming and attentive to details. Everyone is so polite and helpful, they genuinely enjoy meeting you and helping you feel cared for. The morning breakfast is outstanding. We loved the traditional offerings. The pool is great!! The neighborhood is in the city, but inside the grounds you feel like you're in a very special place. We loved our stay here!
