This place is amazing. The whole resort, properties, pool and the staff were absolutely brilliant. Relaxing, calm and beautiful settings, on-site spa that was also great. Breakfast had lots to choose from. Nice quiet part of the beach right outside the property to lounge around. I must give a special mention to Mr. Jan who dealt with customer relations. This guy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as smooth as possible.

Clean, comfortable and aesthetic room. Service from the crews were fantastic. They are always polite and helpful. We arrived on the island feeling very tired from a hike and they provide ice tea and cold towel which made us feel so comfortable during the check in. At the end of our stay, Rifky attempted to help us to book transportation to our next accomodation on Lombok and found out the roads to our new accomodation was flooded and no taxis would take us there. He helped us to call the accomodation to help seek a refund. We would like to commend him for his exceptional customer service and going the extra mile for us.

Very nice cozy rooms close to the beach but in a quiet area in Gili Air. Staff was super friendly, going out lf their way to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was awesome. We also booked a snorkeling tour through the hotel and the guide took us to places that were not so crowded, so we were able to see a lot of turtles! Truly recommend!

The Villa is beautiful and luxurious and very romantic. It's located right on the beach with amazing snorkelling right outside the front door. Yanti, Fellos, and Marcia were so helpful and really made our stay very memorable. The villa offers massages, which I highly recommend, and private speed boat trips for snorkelling with turtles, which was the ultimate experience for us. We hope to return someday.

Staff were very friendly. Great location, very clean and close to areas where you can view the sunset and sunrise. Great place to snorkel and see turtles. Food was also very good.
