The location is good, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast selection is superb. The only thing that bothered me is that I could hear people in the next room moving around, perhaps due to the thickness of the walls. Other than that, everything is perfect. this property has all the hallmarks of a 5 star hotel - however, to enjoy the full 5 star experience you need to book one of the 'tow,er' rooms, which also have the added benefit of access to the 'tower lounge' !! (garden view side is better than pool view side) - note: the staff go out of their way to assist in every respect (every request we made was completed)
