High standard hotel, relaxing atmosphere, friendly and supportive staff, excellent location, grocery store around the corner, a few very good restaurants for a decent price very close to the hotel. Outdoor swimming pool is very nice. Breakfast was great with high variety of food.

This place has everything: great location, fully equipped, comfortable furniture and the host was very friendly. We arrived there with the car and she was so nice to give us the best advice where to find the best closest parking. Highly recommended:)

The staff was super kind and helpful, they even provided a cold dinner at midnight as the flight had a delay. The food was overall very good, everything clean and amazing location.

Cactuses and any number of colourful plants beautifully laid out in a number of separate spaces. The view from the swimming pool area of Puerto del la Cruz is stunning. Room and bathroom were OK, clean and quite spacious. Our balcony was above the hotel's kitchen, so we didn't spend much time there :D The area by the pool was really nice tough, it was great to relax there (good and affordable drinks in the pool bar!)

I got a wonderful relaxing massage from Jennifer. Highly recommend the massages, great value and a gorgeous sea view from the spa. Great location near restaurants and the beach. The breakfast was lovely, a big selection, especially the fresh pancakes.
