The great location, the beautiful decoration inside the hotel, the breakfast and the service. The bed in our superior room was awesome and the view and a small balcony to the Plaza Mayor was worth every cent!

Location is perfect. Walking distance to every sightseeing. Excellent service . Even i don’t know if I wish to try other hotel when I’ll come back to Madrid. I think will stay the same hotel and will recommend to my friends 🥰😻

The location is definitely one of the big plus of the hotel. We had rented 4 suites as we were a big group, including the terrace suite which has a panoramic view of the city. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooms are clean and spacious. There are kitchen appliances to cook and the hosts even had some free tee bags and coffee pods. Oh, and the hosts a reception are so nice and helpful!

it’s a wow and ticks all the factors for a great property and comfortable stay . The staff is courteous and very well informed . The room was clean and fresh . A special mention of Mr Caesar and Mr Hector at the front desk. His suggestions for local eateries and places of interest were bang on .In all a very happy and satisfying stay . must visit the hotel roof for a panoramic view of Madrid city . thanks

The structure has some signs of its age but the location (close to the main attractions of Madrid) and the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff are exceptional. I also report cleanliness of the room. Absolutely recommended

This is an exceptional hotel. We loved the location, the room, the spa, the overall ambience and the service. The staff really made an effort to listen to our requests and make us feel comfortable and enjoy the stay. Special thanks to the guest experience team for making my child so happy with the little gifts they had arranged based on my request. We will surely return.
