Location is perfect. Walking distance to every sightseeing. Excellent service . Even i don’t know if I wish to try other hotel when I’ll come back to Madrid. I think will stay the same hotel and will recommend to my friends 🥰😻

The location is definitely one of the big plus of the hotel. We had rented 4 suites as we were a big group, including the terrace suite which has a panoramic view of the city. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooms are clean and spacious. There are kitchen appliances to cook and the hosts even had some free tee bags and coffee pods. Oh, and the hosts a reception are so nice and helpful!

Erinomaisella sijainnilla oleva huoneisto. Lyhyet etäisyydet kävellen eri kaupunginosien välillä. Henkilökunta on hyvin saatavilla ja he ovat ystävälllisiä ja avuliaita. Hyvät yöunet rauhallisessa ja hiljaisessa huoneistossa, sängyt ovat laadukkaat. Hyvä aamupala saatavilla alakerrassa. Suosittelut ❤

This is an exceptional hotel. We loved the location, the room, the spa, the overall ambience and the service. The staff really made an effort to listen to our requests and make us feel comfortable and enjoy the stay. Special thanks to the guest experience team for making my child so happy with the little gifts they had arranged based on my request. We will surely return.
