Happy happy staff (always smiling), super clean rooms, perfect location right by the beach, abundant supply of comfortable loungers all over the place, wonderful attention to little details, amazing roof top bar, exceptional breakfast, it was my birthday during the stay and I arrived back to the room to find a delicious handmade cake and handwritten card with two plates - such a lovely, thoughtful touch, the sign of a hotel that really cares

The location in the rural area of San Carlos is magical, completely Ibizan in style and very charming. The room was a good size, apartment type with kitchenette. The Mediterranean country decor was perfect. The spa was very good as were the massages. The staff was very nice and helpful. 100% recomendable

The Staff is amazing, we had a great great great room, with Seaview, the breakfast is amazing, the view. We come here every year and it's the best hotel we've ever been. Worth it!

During my stay at the hotel, I was genuinely delighted with the heated pool. It was a refreshing experience, especially since it wasn’t crowded. The restaurant offered a diverse menu, with plenty of fish options available every day. This culinary variety definitely contributed to my overall enjoyment. Additionally, the welcome drinks served in the mornings and evenings were a delightful touch, lifting my mood and adding to the positive atmosphere.

Ήταν μια αξέχαστη εμπειρία η διαμονή μας στο ξενοδοχείο. Μας έγινε αναβάθμιση σε σουίτα με μοναδική θέα χωρίς καμία επιπλέον χρέωση και επιπρόσθετα λόγω γενεθλίων μας αποδώσανε ένα μπουκάλι της επιλογής μας αυτοβούλως. Πραγματικά το προσωπικό ήταν παρά πολύ ευγενικό και φιλόξενο και σίγουρα αν επισκεφτούμε στο μέλλον το νησί, θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή! Επιπλέον το πρωινό κάλυπτε όλα τα γούστα και οι παροχές του ξενοδοχείου μας άφησαν απόλυτα ικανοποιημένους.

Everything was perfect! I will return here for sure! The view from room and from the rooftop is perfect, so the room with front seaw view is worth it.
