We enjoyed this hotel. After Elbphihamie, we came back by walking. Room size and condition were big and very good. Also, quite. From walking distance to everywhere in Hamburg. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. 99.5% we will come back later.

We booked a suite room for us and the kids and it was beautiful and huge with a beautiful view on the Alster. Excellent breakfast, the kids loved the pool and we did everything by foot from the hotel. I surely recommend. Staff was super friendly and helpful too.
