-- The staff is incredibly accommodating, helpful and friendly! -- We had booked the Deluxe Room which felt somewhat small for a week long stay. It is definitely worth it to pay extra for the view towards the Alster. -- We had the opportunity to stay for 2 nights in the Executive Suite which was super comfortable and provided an amazing experience! When we come again, we will book the Suite instead of the room. --The hotel is very serene and beautifully located along the Alster which allowed for evening strolls and a very relaxing stay. -- Everything is kept in immaculate condition! The hotel is a 'feast for the eyes'! -- The Parkview restaurant offers a business lunch option and an interesting dinner selection. -- We had booked out stay with breakfast. The buffet offered a great selection in addition to items that could be ordered from a menu as well.

The lady at reception, I believe her name is Lena, she went above and beyond to make our stay really nice. I was celebrating my birthday and they prepared a beautiful cake with designs and also wrote me a note wishing me a happy birthday, she also helped take care of all our needs and requests. We ended up doing a late check out and it was worth it. Staff in total is very attentive, friendly, and caring. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel made my first visit to Hamburg better than expected. Hut ab!

the location, as we could reach all destinations in Hamburg with U Bahn and Bus. Also the Reception with help, complicated payment arrangements with foreign currency etc. Room always in excellent condition. And your top floor sun deck for afternoon tea and snacks, as well as your food seating arrangement outside along the Binnen Alster.

The house is in a quiet area in Hamburg away from traffic noise. The staff were really helpful and nice.

the staff was super friendly, the hotel was really clean and in a prime location. we found that we were able to commute everywhere easily because it was right next to a bus stop and walking distance to the metro. loved our experience, highly recommend it!

It was close enough to the metro station (500 m). Very clean in the room, warm and comfortable as well. The hotel has also (on the 11th floor) a sauna (very nice and relaxing) and a bar (with a very cozy atmosphere).
