Location is very good. View from the room was fantastic. The facilities in the room were wonderful; Sauna, tube, kitchen, beds and everything.

Lakeside Luxury was a great place to stay. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The accommodation included a Kaprun card which meant we could use all the cable cars free of charge (one of which was 5 min walk away). The wellness centre and great to use after a day of walking and the swimming pool was heated so we even used it when the weather wasn't so good. Sieglinde was a brilliant host, very welcoming and friendly and was great at attending to all her guest's needs. She even picked us up and dropped us to the station. The breakfasts were magnificent with a huge choice of food. Many thanks Sieglinde for a great stay!

Breakfast was excellent,great choice of fresh bread,rolls,pretzels and different homemade cake every day.Comfy beds and great size bathroom.We enjoyed tge swimming pool and saunas too.Our hostess took us to Kaprun glacier so we could safe time to get there. Thank you so much Martina ! Highly recommended Bed and Breakfast.

It was the most pleasurable stay at Schloss Prielau! We had a blast as a group of 9 people. Annette was always there to help, making sure we were looked after and had a great time. She couldn't have done more for us and she made our stay absolutely perfect! Restaurant at the hotel was great, Mayer's 2 stars Michelin restaurant is a WOW! Rooms are fabulous and very spacious. Beds are so so comfy, I had best nights sleep for ages! All the staff at the hotel were absolutely top class and Annette is a star! Thank you, Thank you for looking after us (not easy to please a group of 9!) and I am sure we will be back very soon!

Great hotel. They call it “the house”. And they welcome you with open arms. Loved the staff, very friendly. The house is comfy and intimate almost. Breakfast was good. Location is good. Everything was great.

The house and the apartment was great! Parking + garage parking option, elevator in the builing, sauna, ski room... Everything you might need + the host was really great. Nearby is a great walking path through the woods, as well as lake and nice park.

The hotel is a very classy one, Austrian style, elegant and cozy. All worked fairly well. We were able to occupying the room much earlier than check in time. The rooms were spacious and comfortable beds.
