Lakeside Luxury was a great place to stay. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The accommodation included a Kaprun card which meant we could use all the cable cars free of charge (one of which was 5 min walk away). The wellness centre and great to use after a day of walking and the swimming pool was heated so we even used it when the weather wasn't so good. Sieglinde was a brilliant host, very welcoming and friendly and was great at attending to all her guest's needs. She even picked us up and dropped us to the station. The breakfasts were magnificent with a huge choice of food. Many thanks Sieglinde for a great stay!

Great hotel. They call it “the house”. And they welcome you with open arms. Loved the staff, very friendly. The house is comfy and intimate almost. Breakfast was good. Location is good. Everything was great.

Beautiful property with everything you need for a holiday. Staff are very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. The region is set up for families, the holiday card and app makes exploring so simple and takes all the stress out, combined with the advice for the staff makes for a great hotel.

Hotel Berner is a wonderful hotel. The thing that sets it apart is the amazing staff, they were extremely kind and helpful. Anca at the reception desk is the best.
