Hotel is very nice, clean and with lot of content. Food is very good and high quality. Stuff ate very nice always ready ti help. Pools on the top of hotel are very nice with beautiful view on the Glacer. All the recomandation to this hotel.

The BEST LOCATION EVER for ski in Austria!! This is a 5 star Hotel , with the most beautiful chalets!! We stayed in 306 . Clean , comfortable with excellent facilities. The breakfast was very good “ even with champagne “ The dinner “ 4 course “ was out of this world… compliments to the chef . The staff was very friendly and assisted us with everything!! Thank you for helping us with the ski hire… excellent!!! The spa with the amazing pool , took our breath away!! Wish we could go back tomorrow!!

너무 좋았습니다. 루이스가든이라는 레스토랑이 함께있는데 여기서 머무는 4박5일동안 저녁을 다 여기서 먹었습니다. 조식도 먹었으니 실질적으로 거의 모든 밥을 여기서 먹은 셈인데요, 좋은재료와 정성이 들어간 요리도 좋았고(주방 마감할때마다 쉐프가 나와서 음식 어땠냐고 테이블마다 다 물어보시고 체크하심) 서빙하던 분들 모두 너무 나이스했어요! 특히 3일동안 저희 일행을 챙겨준 분이 계셨는데 그 분 덕분에 여행의 즐거움이 10배는 되었던것 같아요. 항상 즐거운 농담과 함께 요청하는 모든 것들을 해결해주려고 해서 너무 감사했죠. 마지막날에 오스트리아 전통주를 같이 건배하며 여행을 마무리했습니다. 이 자리를 빌어 다시한번 감사하다는 인사드려요. "저희 기억나죠? 4일 내내 레스토랑에서 저녁먹었던 동양인 부부예요! 고마웠어요! 꼭 다시 만나요! :D"

Simone is an exceptional host and a very kind person. We've stayed in several different ski resorts in all different levels, and our experience with Simone was one of the best. The pension is very cozy with a great Ski Room and you can buy the Ski Pass directly at the Pension. Simone helped us with anything we needed, including special requests. I highly recommend Simones Platzerl for a stay in Kaprun.

Really nice hotel. Great location, extremely comfortable apartments, very good breakfast and nice people running the hotel. Can't ask for more. Afterski, restaurants, bars, gondola to go skiing, supermarket .... everything in a 2 min radius. Highly recommended!

We liked everything Great views from the balcony over fields with cows Nice modern room with a separation door, food, nice staff. Sure we got the kaprun card which was excellent. Fair price
