All the spa facilities are great. The panorama spa which is only for hotel guests is amazing, with breathtaking view. The sauna sessions which are in every hour were great, the sauna guy was also very funny. The view from everywhere (room, spa, restaurant, bar) is amazing, you can see the beautiful mountains (if there is no cloud), basically you don't need to go anywhere to enjoy this amazing view. The food selection for breakfast and dinner is huge. There are much more healthy options than other hotels I've been before. There was every day a different theme (Asian, Italian, seafood etc.) that made the dining more interesting. One of the waiters called Marek from Slovakia was super friendly and polite.

The room was well designed, very big, with big bath and a private sauna. All the rooms has a view and this is a genius architecture design. We had a pool bag with towels, there’s also eco friendly Shampoo and body lotion. There’s a small terrace to drink coffee/ to eat. The breakfast was very good and with big variety of food. You can also order omelettes/boiled eggs/ scrambled eggs/pancakes/porridge from the kitchen. The stuff we’re very friendly. The swimming pool has amazing view (indoor and outdoor) and there’s also sauna area with wet and dry Finnish sauna.

The apartment was very comfortable, equipped with everything you need. Great location, right in the middle between the two ski resorts, which can be reached very quickly by bus, the stop of which is a 2-minute walk from the house. Spa facilities include an infrared cabin, a solarium, and an outdoor sauna with mountain views. Guests can play table tennis and use the ski storage room with ski boot dryer.

Guests staying in the Double Room or Single room enjoy free entrance to the Tauern Spa thermal bath including access to the Sauna area as well as a complimentary bag with a bathrobe and a towel. (Not valid on the day of arrival)

The pension is very cozy with a great Ski Room and you can buy the Ski Pass directly at the Pension. Simone helped us with anything we needed, including special requests. I highly recommend Simones Platzerl for a stay in Kaprun.
