This is a very nice hotel with large rooms that are well appointed. The restaurant was great for dinner and was of high quality. The breakfast buffet had a huge amount of options. Staff was friendly and quick.

One of the nicest spa areas we've had the pleasure of enjoying. There's also plenty of space for all guests to have a lounge chair and their personal space. Our bedroom was very spacious and the bed comfy. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of choice, and had everything even at 10:30. It's also right next to a shopping mall, so practical if you want to do some shopping. The restaurant is also very nice, and the staff friendly.

The hotel is located in a historic building in the center of the idyllic town of Schwarzenberg. Although the wellness area was under construction, with a temporary sauna installed in the garden (which looked great though), we had the most wonderful time we could wish for. Everything about the hotel is of such great quality: the staff, the exquisite food, the ambiance and the rooms. The Hotel "Hirschen" makes you feel at home and truly appreciated as a guest. A true highlight for me were the a-la-carte breakfast as well as dinner, with a different exquisite offering each day. For the moments in between, the "library-room" with fireplace provided the perfect basis to enjoy a drink. Further, the room was very spacious and had everything one could wish for (even a hiking-backpack in the closet).

It was easy to access near the border. It was very clean en we felt really welcome. She was really sweet towards our children (5,7 and 9 years old) We highly recommend this place.
