Every single thing!! Loved the Hotel and the Rispoli family. Luigi and Sandra were very sweet and kind people. Fredrick and Alessia were very friendly and helpful. Last but not least, Daniela was a very gracious host and a lifted chef. The place is immaculately cleaned and beautifully appointed. We will be back!

This is a family owned and operated business. They were all incredibly kind and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean. The location was perfect. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The views were absolutely breathtaking. They were just the nicest people. We are so glad that we chose this hotel. It was such a pleasant experience.

People. Reliable. Beauty. Removed. How the took care of us. We, collectively, all ask the same repetitive When/What/How type questions and everyone seemed genuinely in tune with this give & take. The raisin filled tiny pastries
At Hotel Il Pino you decide where to have breakfast, on the terrace or on your private balcony; either way you have a fantastic view across the Amalfi Coast.

The hotel was perfect for our trip. Location wise it is between Positano and Amalfi being far enough for some quiet but close enough to travel in via the bus whenever we needed. The staff from the concierge team to the breakfast and housekeeping staff were top notch. The concierge team went out of their way to ensure we had the perfect trip. While not officially part of the hotel, the restaurant was also a highlight along with the inhouse cooking class. Best of all the views were second to not be, we spent most of our afternoons/evenings out by the pool taking it all on. We will definitely be back to stay with Il Pino.

Priano is very small, so it is less expensive than the other cities close by. The church and the local neighborhood around were enjoyable. The fine restaurants were very expensive, and the moderate priced restaurants were hit and miss.

We love Priania we have been there several times and it never disappoints. It’s a small town but everything you need is there the bus service to Positano and Amalfi is very handy. We were disappointed that the ferries weren’t operating yet so we didn’t get to Capri but all the more reason to come back again.

There's not a lot to do in Praiano itself but it's a great place to stay for day trips to Positano and Amalfi with frequent buses stopping in the village. It was good to be away from the crowds in the evenings and whilst small the choice and standard of restaurants was good

Buses to and from neighbouring Amalfi and positano are cheap but don't necessarily arrive on time !! Tickets must be purchased in advance at little shops. The locals are very friendly and happy to point you in the right direction and if you need help with the steep stairs take the little local
Bus for one euro that runs exactly in time and to listen to the locals is a joy. Such a community feel and a great feel good boost !!

The Sentieri degli Dei was my favorite.
The Sentieri degli Dei was my favorite. We walked from Praiano to Positano and had lunch in Nochelle. The walk up the to the church and the views were wonderful. The little town on the hillside was clean and bright and wonderful for anyone who does not mind walking up and down many steps. I would recommend that future travellers not spend much time in either Positano or Amalfi. Both were crowded and very touristy.

A great value to stay as "home base".
A great value to stay as "home base". We did day trips to Positano and Amalfi each day via water taxi. The bus would have been much more economical but we wanted to see each town from the water and the taxis provided a mini tour of the coast with each trip. We did want to take the city bus to the beach on a Sunday AM, but after waiting about 20 minutes it passed our stop by b/c it was packed full. We decided to do the 30 minute walk to Il Gavitella beach and discovered some nice small shops and the San Gennaro church.
The town itself has great restaurant options including Il Pirata, Franchino and La Moressa.
Everything! The apartment was clean and spacious. Had the most amazing view of Praiano and Positano. Had all the amenities described (AC, 2 full bedrooms, kitchen, balcony) and more (Sandra had fruits and water in the kitchen, left all the bathroom products for us). Sandra was also so resourceful and helpful whenever we needed it - helped us book a cab transfer, help arrange for a reservation, gave us directions and lots of recommendations…
It was honestly one of the best apartment stays I have ever had in Europe!
I traveled to Praiano with my wife. We were really surprised, and we haven't seen such a great hotel. The manager and his workers have perfect personalities. I wish I could give more than a 10 out of 10 score. The cleanliness of the room, the quality, and the quantity of the breakfast are perfect. The view from the hotel is spectacular. The view isn't just of the ocean but also of the Positano village! I really miss the hotel and its kind staff. I hope to see them again.
We stayed in the hotel in August, which I admit was a big mistake on our part. Piece of advice, the month of August is the WORST month to travel to ITALY. Nevertheless, even the busiest season of the year shall not be the reason for staff members to treat tourists the way we felt being commanded.
One the positive side the receptionist Mr. OMAR was very helpful, very kind and deserves 10 out of 10 points for his professionality and hospitality.
I l9ved the tranquility and the beautiful view from the rooftop bar. It was so so busy in Positano and Amalfi - I was so pleased that we stayed in Praiano and even more so at Tramonto d'Oro. The family run hotel and staff made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was exceptional and the views possibly the best on the Amalfi coast. Best sunsets and amazing cocktails. Rooms are super super clean and the shower was the best I have ever had on tour.
The hotel was lovely and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They provided us with beach towels and free water. The food was really good and you could even watch premiership live football, very rare for this part of Italy. We had amazing sea views and even a jacuzzi which was very useful after having walked the Path of the Gods. There was also a free shuttle service to the beach and a cheap local bus service around the town.
Our room was so so cute and we had our own private garden with a gorgeous view of the Amalfi coast!! It was so comfortable and we loved it. Michele was so nice, and went overboard to make sure everything was to our liking. He was very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and was always there to answer all our questions. The breakfast was very nice, and Michele made the best cappuccino I had during our entire stay in Italy!!
The location is just perfect in between Positano and Amalfi which where easy to access via boat or buss but much too crowded compared the small Praiano. The food in the Hotel’s restaurant is really good! especially we loved the lemon tortellini with clams. Closest beach is right below the hotel, you just need to walk the stairs down to get there. The parking was just 8€/day so you’re able to leave your car without worrying the costs
This is one of the best hotels we have ever visited. From a very friendly and attentive hospitality staff, stunning views, an extremely well-kept property, and a fantastic breakfast, Tramonto D’ Oro has it all. They even provided a breakfast to go since we had an early departure on the last morning. Not sure we’ll ever visit the Amalfi Coast again, but Tramonto would certainly be the main reason why.
It was located RIGHT on the water which was amazing! We were able to walk to a few great restaurants and drink spots as well. I would say its difficult to get around in Praiano and our 3 nights here were perfect to relax, rent a boat for a day (its also located by a bunch of spots for you to do this) and get a water taxi to the beach club if you'd like! Great stay, very roomy, and very roomy!
Amazing hotel, views, location, staff, breakfast!
we couldn’t fault it!
the beach area was amazing and the best we found on the entire Amalfi coast! and the boat taxis from the hotel were perfect!
we were even able to start the walk over the path of the gods from the hotel and then got a water taxi back from Positano which worked really well!
free parking too!
This is a beautiful family run hotel. Perfect accommodation for us as a family with rooms next to each other and a stunning sea view terrace. The roof top bar and restaurant is exceptional too. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. I would absolutely return to stay here in Praiano.
loved the setting overlooking the water. spectacular views! Family run hotel, Caterina, Elio & family all so friendly & helpful, really made our holiday! We had stayed in Praiano previously but would really recommend this hotel! restaurant also worth noting!
It was a pleasure staying at Grand Hotel Tritone, the rooms were clean, very comfortable. The staff were amazingly friendly, helpful & supportive. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed. I will definitely stay there again.
The location was perfect. Praiano is close to Positano and all of the Amalfi Coast but is a little quieter. Buses run regularly and the system is easy to use. The views from the villa are spectacular!
Hotel well located! The breakfast view was great and the service from Omar was amazing, I would highly recommend contacting Omar to guide you to the best food and places to visit in the area.
Perfect location, lovely staff, excellent facilities and great breakfast. We felt apart of the family at Hotel La Conchiglia. Would recommend to anyone staying at Praiano.
The place was amazing! Beautiful location, lovely interior and incredible balcony with large bubble bath. They even had a comfortable bed, softer than usual in Italy!
Praiano is a real jewel on The Amalfi Coast. Hotel Bellavista has views to die for, friendly staff who really looked after us, good food all in a great location.
