The best service we've ever had anywhere. Chie was essentially like our personal attendant, helping us with everything including serving dinner, making reservations, and even calling around to find a place that had my size snowboarding boot rental at a local ski resort. She made the experience for us that much better.

Stayed here with 3 kids and had a wonderful time! The staff was SO welcoming and friendly, we loved the traditional dinner and breakfast, the Onsen was great and the location was beautiful. We were able to get picked up from the train station which made it really easy to get to. Also we realized we forgot a charger in the room after we had left, and the owner kindly mailed it to our next location for us.

Breakfast was great with lots of options. The staff were so lovely and very willing to assist with rides to see the snow monkeys, as well as picking us up at the train station and dropping us at the bus stop for the ski bus. They also provided space in the lobby to store skis.

The onsen was lovely and the proximity to the snow monkeys was so perfect, we were able to go back a second day. There was also a concert in the lobby in the evening. The staff was friendly and took pride in their hotel.
