Stayed only one night and would have loved to stay longer. Modern hotel with Beautiful rooms offering lovely lake views. Check in was quick and easy and everyone was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was buffet style with fresh locally sourced foods that tasted delicious. Grocery store is within walking distance should you need it. I accidentally left my jacket here and they shipped it back to me in America!!! The true measure of fantastic service in hospitality (or any company) is how they respond when things don’t go as planned and Jeanette at Elva hotel and the rest of the staff demonstrated that they go above and beyond. Know that if you stay here you will be well taken care of!

The view on the lake was very fantastic, especially in the morning. The room was nicely decorated. The breakfast was very good.

The view towards the lake is wonderful and serene. You can enjoy the view also at breakfast, which was, by the way, very nice, varied, tasty. Coffee was also very good. Other than breakfast you can prepare your meal in a little kitchen and we ate it outside, at a picnic table, by the lake. The room.was very comfortable, big enough, beds with optimal softness/firmness. We slept very well. There was also a sauna - didn't use it because it was already booked. In the evening we could relax on the sofa in a cosy library and there was.also a TV to watch. Staff was very welcoming and friendly.
