Very helpful staff, very comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast. The location also good and they have shuttle service to the ski centers.
The staff do their best. I had a problem with my car engine, they also helped me about it and I didn’t waste any time to fix the car.

Positives:
1) The room was good but needed a bit of fixing up.
2) The food for breakfast and dinner was good, and the people working in the restaurant were really nice.
3) They let us change rooms, which was nice.
4) I didn't try the spa myself, but my friends said it was okay, they did have to tell hotel staff to turn it on and warm it up ahead of time however.

Our favorite place to ski in Bulgaria. The views, the air, the slopes - everything is delightful! And having a lunch at a sunlit deck at the top of Snezhanka mountain is an experience the whole family remembers. Can't wait to come back.

We visited Pamporovo 8th-10th of March 2024.
We visited Pamporovo 8th-10th of March 2024. Very few people compared to other times I was there. It was perfect for all family (two kids of 9 and 10 years), because there was enough snow, very nice weather and we never waited for lifts. We enjoyed skiing in the slopes (well prepared slopes that turned to melted snow afternoon) and also offpiste and in forest. A lot of hotels/appartments near the ski slopes with normal prices. Very beautiful forests. We waked in the forest and saw several times deers (also out of our appartment window). The bars/food on the ski slopes nice with good atmosphere. Only bad experience was the food in "White house" restaurant - bad quality food in high prices - that only could explain the small number of people in the resort. No other explanation found.

Amazing place, very specific in terms of th way all ski runs center on one peak with a tower on top. Deep into the Rhodope mountains, in its highest parts. Great for all kinds of winter and summer fun in the mountains. The locals are amazing hosts and there are a number of local dishes you can try.
The only downside would be the huge hotels that were built and are being built right now around the ski slopes. They ruin the peaceful atmosphere in the lower parts of the slopes.

Good choice for beginner skiers, helpful personnel at the lifts and in the tavernas. A bit too relaxed about certain safety rules (overcrowded shuttles) , so you have to keep your eyes open on these things. We didn't find any flaws about the ski trails and lifts, though. Would recommend.

Pamporovo is a nice and cozy ski resort offering plenty of accommodation options and a fair amount of taverns, restaurants, pubs and bars. Ski area is big enough with a lot of routs, a great amount of equipment rental shops and a good number of teachers (if needed) and assisting personnel.
Of course, as everywhere, there are exemptions, but overall, people are helpful and friendly.

Good location for beginners and Intermediate skiers and boarders. Expect artificial snow though. Bars and restaurants at the centres are good. Lift queues to be expected but should be better with the introduction of a six person lift next season. Hotels a little tired and service not always great but portions are always huge. Recommend the Danmar and Rodopski restaurants close by the Orpheus hotel as good places for local cuisine.
Plusses: very nice and professional staff - everyone, from reception to restaurant, to room cleaning, were kind and prompt;
- nice architecture and room space, incl. wonderful balcony;
- great and rich buffet, both for breakfast and dinner;
- swimming in the pool after each day of skiing was great;
- plenty of parking spaces;
- ski-shuttle availability;
- very good wifi in both the room and public areas;
- plenty of funs for the kids in the lobby: the billiards and flipper were our favourites.
The hotel is kept at a very warm temperature, event a bit too warm at night, so you will have no problems going to the spa wearing a bathrobe. The staff was very helpful and kind, and went out of their way to answer all our questions. Overall the venue is a very good deal. It is very helpful to have a ski wardrobe at your service and the shuttle to the ski slopes accommodates guests' wishes for when to be taken to and off the skiing, which was a very pleasant surprise.
Pur room was very spacious with our own bathroom, hall, sink with all the kitchen equipment like cups and plates, table with chairs, TV, big bed and a door to the terrace. Everything was incredibly clean. We tried the pool and the sauna as well and were left satisfied. The breakfast and the restaurant in general had very delicious options as well. There was also good isolation, and the hotel was quiet. We highly recommend this place for couples specifically.
I can heartily recommend this hotel. Location is excellent for skiing, staff was very friendly, they all spoke English. Our apartment was very spacious, beds (even sofa in living room) were very comfortable, there is guarded parking for hotel guests, great value for money. Also Excalibur restaurant was perfect place for dinner. Breakfast was basic but ok. If you are in Pamporovo for skiing, I can hardly imagine better place in this price range.
The property was situated on a very strategic place near the slope. Although we went in the summer and the Hotel was quite empty, I can imagine it gets quite full during winter season due to its proximity to the ski resort. The room was big and comfortable with a great view towards the mountain and Snejanka. Everything, although clean and neat, looks a little old and outdated but the value for price is really good. So no complaints there.
The location was superb. We have been visiting Pamporovo since 2011 and Luxury Aparthotel STUDENETS was the best we have ever stayed. Our host Borislava Milkoteva was very accommodating; we were welcomed with delicious hot wine, tea, and gingerbread cookies on our first day and every day. Our apartment was warm and nicely decorated, couches were very comfortable.
The apartment was nice, clean and quiet. We were 2 families, each with a child and there was enough space for everyone, including our dog. The hotel provides a bed for the dog (it was brand new) and dishes for food.
The swimming pool, even if not very large, together with the 2 saunas ensure relaxation after a day of skiing.
Staff were all very welcoming and friendly.
Daniel who works on reception was especially helpful, booking taxis etc.
Rooms were warm and clean with fresh towels everyday.
Breakfast selection was much better than other hotels we have stayed in Pamporovo.
Regular shuttle bus to ski slopes.
Hotel was good value for money.
The room was very spacious. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Wonderful skip school located within the hotel with really experienced and knowledgeable ski instructors. After a full day of skiing, the swimming pool and the sauna were really helpful finish of the day.
Rooms are great - some have a great view to the mountain; the hotel has lots of good common lounge areas - lobby and sky bar; free transportation to/from the slopes; has a spa area; the restaurant is good quality
one of the best location for skiing, right next to chairlift. has a priviate ski room. No car parking problem. Room is very hot and has a small kitchen area is a plus. Lady in the reception is very friendly
The room was spacious and very well heated. The location of the hotel is better than a number of the other hotels in the area, though still not as central to the ski area as the map initially suggests.
Spacious apartment with all amenities including the kitchenette. Large common spaces, bar, kids playground, pool. The shuttle to Studenetz ski slope really useful
It is close to the ski slopes, so going there and back to the apartment is pretty easy. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a convenient stay.
