Positives:
1) The room was good but needed a bit of fixing up.
2) The food for breakfast and dinner was good, and the people working in the restaurant were really nice.
3) They let us change rooms, which was nice.
4) I didn't try the spa myself, but my friends said it was okay, they did have to tell hotel staff to turn it on and warm it up ahead of time however.

Close to the lowest point of the ski lift. Organized transport to it. The man in the ski wardrobe, Petyo, did magnificent job in servicing my ski and was really kind and funny.

Our favorite place to ski in Bulgaria. The views, the air, the slopes - everything is delightful! And having a lunch at a sunlit deck at the top of Snezhanka mountain is an experience the whole family remembers. Can't wait to come back.

We visited Pamporovo 8th-10th of March 2024.
We visited Pamporovo 8th-10th of March 2024. Very few people compared to other times I was there. It was perfect for all family (two kids of 9 and 10 years), because there was enough snow, very nice weather and we never waited for lifts. We enjoyed skiing in the slopes (well prepared slopes that turned to melted snow afternoon) and also offpiste and in forest. A lot of hotels/appartments near the ski slopes with normal prices. Very beautiful forests. We waked in the forest and saw several times deers (also out of our appartment window). The bars/food on the ski slopes nice with good atmosphere. Only bad experience was the food in "White house" restaurant - bad quality food in high prices - that only could explain the small number of people in the resort. No other explanation found.

Amazing place, very specific in terms of th way all ski runs center on one peak with a tower on top. Deep into the Rhodope mountains, in its highest parts. Great for all kinds of winter and summer fun in the mountains. The locals are amazing hosts and there are a number of local dishes you can try.
The only downside would be the huge hotels that were built and are being built right now around the ski slopes. They ruin the peaceful atmosphere in the lower parts of the slopes.

Good choice for beginner skiers, helpful personnel at the lifts and in the tavernas. A bit too relaxed about certain safety rules (overcrowded shuttles) , so you have to keep your eyes open on these things. We didn't find any flaws about the ski trails and lifts, though. Would recommend.

Pamporovo is a nice and cozy ski resort offering plenty of accommodation options and a fair amount of taverns, restaurants, pubs and bars. Ski area is big enough with a lot of routs, a great amount of equipment rental shops and a good number of teachers (if needed) and assisting personnel.
Of course, as everywhere, there are exemptions, but overall, people are helpful and friendly.

Good location for beginners and Intermediate skiers and boarders. Expect artificial snow though. Bars and restaurants at the centres are good. Lift queues to be expected but should be better with the introduction of a six person lift next season. Hotels a little tired and service not always great but portions are always huge. Recommend the Danmar and Rodopski restaurants close by the Orpheus hotel as good places for local cuisine.
Located near Malina lift, all vibrant facilities are around for those who ski and not into skiing :)Visit the panorama tower Snejanka only 10 min by lift.
The flat had all important for us things like opportunity to use the spa and pool, coffee machine, tea, welcoming bottle of wine, extremely comfortable bed, clean and warm place to stay.
Your sleep will be tight,so peaceful and beutiful nature.
Everyone was welcoming and the food of the restaurant was really nice and traditional.
The property was situated on a very strategic place near the slope. Although we went in the summer and the Hotel was quite empty, I can imagine it gets quite full during winter season due to its proximity to the ski resort. The room was big and comfortable with a great view towards the mountain and Snejanka. Everything, although clean and neat, looks a little old and outdated but the value for price is really good. So no complaints there.
A clean and cosy hotel. A bit off-piste, but they have rental station right on the slope - we had a 7 minute walk in normal boots, then changed and skied. Quiet place. Very good grill restaurant just outside the hotel - we dined for the whole trip there, highly recommended. Very good SPA, friendly staff. A big parking lot - free for guests.
Location is great for skiing- right on the ski slope and only a few minutes walk from one of the main lifts. Plenty of restaurants nearby, although many close for the season in mid March. The apartment was comfortable and clean with fully equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and high quality bedding and towels.
We had everything that we needed inside the hotel, there was no need to go outside even to buy the slippers for the spa. The hotel has more than one restaurant and even a mini market where you can buy cigarettes and snacks. The room was ok, decent size, warm and cosy. The spa was big and clean. The dinner was excellent.
We stayed in Malina for one week, for skiing. The hotel is very close to the slopes, so the location was important for us.
The apartment was big enough, with good heating and hot water. They cleaned the room almost every day.
You can order food from a restaurant nearby but have to pick it up.
The view from the room was amazing. The spa facilities are top class. Dak’s Irish pub is only a short walk away. Glamour Chalet is also very close and has unbelievable food!
The staff were lovely. The buffet breakfast was perfect and the shuttle buses to the ski centre were every 15 minutes.
The apartment was very big and comfortable,it was warm and very clean, the location is the best its on the ski slope, its ski in ski out, the host of the apartment are very polite and they will help you with everything you need, its 10/10 for this apartment 👍🏻
Host was very helpful and warm. Facilities in an excellent condition. Free parking close to the building. Ski season is over, but it's still not summer, so we were barely only guests there, and price was much cheaper than normal, but service still very good.
Very pleasant apartment, exactly as described. The location is a 1 minute walk away from the ski tracks. On top was the guaranteed parking space that solved a huge issue.
We will, for sure, be back again.
Thanks to the owners for our perfect vacation!!!
A very helpful host attended to all our needs. Shuttle to the ski lift Malina 2 reachable within 5min. Cosy fireplace in the room. Spacious and clean apartments. Will definitely visit again. Direct view of the Snezhanka TV tower from the balcony.
+Room was spacey
+Location, close to the ski slopes
+Staff was very responsive, mainly the driver of the shuttle and receptionist
+Pool was clear with good temperature for swimming (30°)
+Good value for money
Very comfortable rooms, very good location, it takes less than 5 min by car to go to ski centre, quite good spa services, the personell in the reception very polite and friendly and very good beeakfast.
Great place in the woods of Pamporovo! The hotel looks like out of a magic ferry tale. The staff is perfect and the rooms are so clean and so beautiful! Will definitely come again!
Staff are great, spa is wonderful, hotel rooms are gorgeous! I've been to Bulgaria many, many times and this is the only true 5 star hotel I've stayed in!
