A Holiday week at Beaver Creek in early March was delightful - great ski conditions and not too crowded. Bluebird gorgeous skies for most of the time and weather was not brutally cold! We recommend the Strawberry Park Condos as very convenient and traditional decor with all the touches a ski home should have - fireplace, sauna, hot tub, ski lockers and comfortable roomy layout for up to 6 people in our 2 bedroom unit. Resort restaurants range from simple to fine dining fare and food was good at all levels. Get to a real grocery store on first day - located in valley area. Well worth it for somewhat normal prices for needed daily food and beverage staples. Otherwise, a car is not needed for a single week of skiing.

Vail Resorts overall is inferior to most resorts we visited...
Vail Resorts overall is inferior to most resorts we visited over a 3 - 4 week period (CO, UT, ID, WY). Stayed at a lodge owned by Vail Resorts but could not buy a lift ticket on the property - had to shuttle to base. Most restrictive COVID protections - overkill. Vail Resorts blames its shortcomings on COVID but frankly they are an inferior management company fo service. Exception is the Beaver Creek shuttle system and app. That works well. That said, Beaver Creek and Vail are great mountains. Skied Aspen / Snowmass, Steamboat, Copper, Telluride, Vail / Beaver Creek, Alta, Deer Valley, Park City, Sun Valley, Targhee and Jackson Hole on an extended trip. Park City ranked last in this group.

Very uncrowded, but with great runs.
Very uncrowded, but with great runs. We especially liked the new McCoy park area. We will come again, but stay in the main part of the Village. We walked up every night so might as well stay closer.

I would definitely return but dining options have to improve. We had our meals in various places and they were all good. The drive from our lodgings to shops convenient as they have shuttle service that is awesome. Not having a car is not a big deal. The view from our room was stunning.

We LOVED the Beaver Creek area!
We LOVED the Beaver Creek area! We love to come and stay again! We stayed in August and did some incredible hiking and mountain biking. It is such a great location because it is 10 min to Vail, just a couple of miles into Avon.
From the moment we checked in, the staff were attentive to all of our needs. They kindly park the car for you (due to small garage). We never had a hard time getting the car when we needed it. They also provide shuttle service that would take us into the small town of Avon any time up to 11pm. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was spacious. The hotel was beautiful and well kept. Grateful for the extra coffee in the lobby in the mornings. Best service from Shane - he was exceptional.
This property is a great value compared to other similarly located hotels. Be aware, it's really ski in, skate out. Its a bit of work to get to the run /lift - a couple of hundred yards before you are going downhill. Were on a long guys road trip to CO, UT, WY. Maybe the 2 best dinners we had over 3 weeks were at the Grouse Mountain Grill (in the lodge) and Splendido (across the street in the Chateaux - 500 foot walk). Breakfast was good - $25 - 30 per person.
Condo is steps from the Elkhorn lift. Ski lockers are right where they should be for easy ski-in/ski-out access. Front desk staff was wonderful. Heated parking garage. Working hot tub. Beautiful, well-appointed condo. We stayed in 201. This condo isn't right by the main beaver creek hub, but shuttles are frequent and it is walkable. We liked being a little further from the crowds and having a lift outside makes the distance kind of irrelevant.
I cannot say enough good things about the Ritz, Bachelor-Gulch. We have returned every year based on the wonderful experiences we have had. We chose to celebrate my sister’s birthday here this fall, and the hotel went above and beyond, from a room upgrade to a personalised card and macaroons and truffles. The service and facilities were as exceptional as ever and we shall be back for the winter season!
The location is perfect, right IN Beaver Creek town square, you can’t beat that. The apartment layout is nice and generous with space, it is well kept, clean and cozy. The staff is nice and attentive. It is the perfect place for a family vacation in Colorado.
Location was excellent considering the fact that the Village Connect app shuttle service made a huge difference in comfort and easy accessibility around Beaver Creek Village. Can't wait to be back and very likely staying again at Beaver Creek Meadows.
Comfortable for 4 of us including one on the sofa-bed. Good warm swimming pool. Larry who drove the local van between Arrowhead and Beaver Creek. Lovely mountain views. Great skiing on the Arrowhead runs. Nice breakfast in the local cafe.
Great location right in the centre of Beaver Creek, just minutes away from all the restaurants. Very spacious and well furnished apartment with the pool and hot tub just outside the back door. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.
The room is nicely renovated. It's the PERFECT location. Checking in was seamless. Everyone that works within the Beaver Creek Resort is incredibly helpful and kind. It is definitely ski-in, ski-out. Just too us a day to figure it out.
the staff at the accommodation were very helpful and friendly. It is in a ski in ski out location(sort of) some stairs to negotiate. The outside hot tubs are a great way to relax after a hard day on the slopes.
Location was great. Hotel shuttle service was exceptional. Lady at the desk second and third day was wonderful. Pool, spa and hot tub were amazing. Housekeeping and maintenance staff kept things looking great.
We loved our stay at the Beaver Creek Lodge, from the comfort of our room, to the little decor touches, cleanliness, cookies, and kindness of the staff. We had a great time!
The hotel is in a great location and the room is big and nicely furnished. For the price, it was ok but that's only because everything in BC is expensive.
