My husband and I LOVED our experience at the Inn! Everyone who worked there was exceptionally friendly, professional, and kind. We got the true "New England" feel staying at the Inn! The breakfast each morning was outstanding. The Inn is such a beautiful, charming, and cozy place. We highly recommend it!

A nice destination in less than 4 hours from NYC area or Boston. Beautiful countryside nearby, town with great shopping and a number of destination restaurants. Easy drive to ski or hike. The outlets are always worth a visit. Don't miss Northshire Books!

Cute town, quaint ant easy to get around.
Cute town, quaint ant easy to get around. Enjoyed our brief one day stay. We were there on Sunday-Monday, in early October, very few restaurants open but the restaurant that was open had great food with a good atmosphere.

The bookstore - a real one; the restaurants, each high quality in its type; the high end gift shops with unique products; the summer home of Abraham Lincoln's son (President of the Pullman Passenger Car Company). Gorgeous mountain scenery. Wonderful - and oh so patient staff everywhere. Very evident pride of community. A community that works for every-one - even the locals in busy tourist times. The absence of "can find anywhere on the planet" mall stores - a real plus plus!

We visited “Hildene,” the summer home of Robert Todd Lincoln and his family and descendants: very interesting historical site with spectacular views of the mountains and valleys. The town is picturesque and offers good shopping and snack/dining choices. We also had perfect weather— which never hurts.
Manchester Vermont is a gem of a location, but traffic is a bit on the busy side throughout all hours on the local
thoroughfare detracting a little from its quaintness. The hotel is nicely situated for access via walking to all town shopping and dining. Its exterior and facilities are nicely cared for. Coffee each day in main area is excellent. Beds are extremely
comfortable. If you like dogs, this is a good place to review all the popular breeds who were vacationing there along with
there owners.
We absolutely enjoyed our stay there!
Huge rooms, really comfy beds with an awesome view into the woods.
The backyard provides enough place to enjoy the sun, either directly at the river or a bit more above.
The hottub was the cherry on top and made the stay perfect!
The location is also very nice: 5' from manchester center and 5' from the nearest hike - perfect!
Would love to stay there again
Breakfast was simple but excellent quality. Room was a good size and very comfortable. There was a thunderstorm the day we arrived which took out half the power in the town but the staff were very helpful changing our dinner reservation to a restaurant that had power. Manchester is a delightful place which is well worth a visit.
A very enjoyable and relaxing place to stay in a beautiful natural setting. The gardens are well looked after. The decking in front of our room was a great place to sit for breakfast. We appreciated having our room cleaned every day. Manchester with its many restaurants and shops is a very short ride down the road.
Every thing. It is much more than "a motel". The room was comfortable, the owners are extremely friendly and helpful, fresh coffee and home made cakes every day for breakfast, very nice and convenient location. the overall atmosphere is very special. A very good place to stay when you visit the area of Manchester.
The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The location was close to the center of Manchester Center, but at about a quarter of a mile away from the highest traffic volume. It is in a very scenic area. We bought breakfast at the restaurant inside the hotel and the food was excellent.
Location is perfect for the area around Manchester. Motel is older but the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was OK and nothing special - hard boiled eggs, waffle maker, etc. Be sure to try Christos pizza in Manchester.
The location was perfectly situated in the town. There are many small restaurants within walking distance and a full grocery store right across the street. The staff was very friendly. The entire hotel looked brand new despite being 5 years old.
The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The resort is very comfortable and has a home-y feel to it. Also, the location is perfect! Lots of cute shops down the street in Manchester, and not too far away from Bennington or Woodstock.
Excellent Location, close to downtown Manchester.Every room has a gorgepus view.
The owners are very welcoming and take great care of each and every guest. Feels more like a family. Definitely recommend and will come again.
Enjoyed all the extras the hotel had, fire pit, golf course, indoor pool and a pond to fish in. The proximity to town was perfect too, could walk into town for dinner or shopping. Jackie was very helpful too.
Nice hotel.Very central with easy walk to shops and restaurants.Probably the most affordable hotel in the area.
Nice complimentary breakfast and lovely indoor pool.
Rooms and bathroom large and very clean
The location was in a perfect for our needs. My wife and I have this week off and come up to this area every year. She goes into Manchester shopping and I head up skiing at Bromley. 10 min each way!
