The location was great. It was convenient to get to all of the places we needed to get to. We also liked that it had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The property is exceptionally clean. The staff at the front desk were courteous and friendly, and made it feel like coming home after a long day. Housekeeping dropped the ball a few times by not restocking coffee, salt and pepper since I was making full use of the kitchenette. I just had to make it have it to stuff at the front desk when I came in and ask, they were more than happy to oblige. Very conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and highway access, but not on a busy, noisy highway.
This nonsmoking hotel is located just minutes away from the Provo business district and offers free WiFi, and a full breakfast buffet.

I've stayed at this Ramada before and we have enjoyed staying there until this time. There was a large wet spot around the table leg that I stepped in barefoot. Tried to curl and blow dry my hair but the plugs kept slipping out of the outlet. I let the staff know at the front desk and the GFI switch in the bathroom was changed. So excited until the next morning when I tried to use it and neither outlet worked! I tried pushing the reset button 4 times (which didn't move) and still nothing. So had to use the only available plug in the whole room, besides the bathroom, on the desk lamp! It's really hard getting ready for a function with no mirror.

Person that check me in say she was going to upgrade my room. That was great but later I was charged $53.63 as a miscellaneous charge which we did not use anything extra during our stay. This is a reap off I won't stay in this hotel again.

We spent most of our time in Springville and it was beautiful. We visited a couple parks and they were clean and safe. Springville and the surrounding area left us with a small town feel. Neighbors are friendly and look out for one another. We avoided the tourist traps and just enjoyed our time. I plan to move to Wyoming or Idaho, but I have to admit that I am tempted to look closer at Utah based on this trip.

My stay at the Days inn in Provo on Aug 27/29 was my worst experience I have had since booking with Booking.com. Didn’t get the room booked and front desk didn’t care they dead they could only go by that they had on computer every when I showed my confirmation e-Mail. Booking.com show breakfast included but no breakfast. Facilities where not keep up and looked like it was in a abandoned office track. The room we stayed in lock on inside of door was broken and there was a definite path on bathroom door like it was broken in too. We will remember this stay for future bookings and will bypass all Days Inn and have to think twice about anything by Wyndham. I will send this to the main office all so and Booking.com.

I travel often to many states as a youtuber and video blogger. I collect items that can be repurposed and reused in crafts or other projects. I found Provo to be a beautiful and dynamic city with a small town feel. Near by Orem is a city within a city featuring many community green spaces and an abundance of fun and interesting shopping.

I loved all the shopping!
I loved all the shopping! The mountains were so beautiful with the changing of the leaves. We ate at Olive Garden, Applebees and Red Robin but there are unlimited types of restraunts. People are very friendly. There is a nice bus system and lots of lanes for all the traffic.
I choose the Hampton Inn because it has the most positive reviews of the other hotels in Provo. The room was clean and we were happy with everything. Like others mentioned the elevator was broken so lugging up our luggage to the third floor wasn't fun. I noticed the washing machine was also broken. It seems like everywhere in the US, there is a shortage of workers due to the gov't giving people extra unemployment. There was only 1 girl working the entire hotel but she did an awesome job. We would stay here again or sure.
This is one of the best hotels we've stayed in. Our room was a good size, had a comfortable bed & was very quiet. All the staff, from the housekeeping, the breakfast staff to the ftont desk & manager were all very friendly & very helpful and to top it all off, it was one of the most reasonable hotels we've stayed in. If we're ever in the Provo area again, we'd stay here in a heartbeat.
WITH FEW GOOD CHOICES FOR A BETTER QUALITY HOTEL NEAR BYU THIS IS A GOOD PLACE TO STAY AT A FAIR PRICE. ON A ROAD TRIP AND HAD TO DO LAUNDRY. GOOD FACULITIES BUT AT A COST-$2 PER WASH AND $2 PER DRY. VERY NICE INDOOR POOL TO SWIM IN WHILE DOING LAUNDRY.
Everything! The hotel was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was excellent 👌 and the lady helping was so friendly and kept that place clean and organized. Top knotch. Staff was excellent.
