Location was wonderful as it is right next to a supermarket and the Fire and Rescue Deapartment. Within 5-minute walk, you are already in the town center where pretty much all nice local restaurants and stores are located. The room was comfortable for the 3 of us, though my 12-year-old son had to squeeze a bit with his father. I was the main driver so I got to use one queen-seized bed for myself. Toiletries were with good quality and conditions. There are a big microwave, a fridge, and a coffee maker, but we did not like the coffee taste much. There is also an air purifier in the room so we guess the smoke from forest fires could impact the air quality sometime.

Quaint town. Neighborhoods and housing were nicely kept.
Quaint town. Neighborhoods and housing were nicely kept. I loved the layout and PNW-mountainy feel. Cute downtown areas with both a modern and traditional feel; i.e., modern amenities with a small-town feel. I didn't know there was a Shakespeare festival every year and would love to come back during this time. It's also a great place for outdoor activities like skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, etc.

We love Asland and the downtown area, and the shops, and restaurants and Caldera Brewing Company too. It is close to many wineries also, and attractions. If you like plays there may be something playing outside or inside that you like. We like the fact that there isn't a sales tax on most items too. We like Medford with it's Fred Myers grocery stores, and Harry and David with their food, and wine tastes. We love Jacksonville also and the Union Patio Bar and Grill where we eat on the outside patio, and their food is delicious, and they have a great happy hour over by 5PM, however, and the town is very historical. We drove to Lake of the Woods from there and it was nice to see that area with views of Mt McLaughlin, and a restaurant and bar area, and campgrounds, and boating and swimming. Crater Lake National Park is drivable from there, but it would be a longer drive. Grants Pass is also not very far, and there are many wineries there too.

Ashland is so beautiful, we finally took the time to go left off of HWY 5 and check it out! The downtown scene is very lively, loads of restaurants to check out, good variety as well. Worth a visit for sure!

We came for 2 plays at the Oregon Shakespeare Theater and enjoyed it immensely. Great restaurants, great bike path, and wonderful, wonderful ambience. Bear creek bikeway is one of the great trails in all of Oregon! Omar's Steak House is circa 1946 with wonderful food & atmosphere. We come down from Portland every year!

We were there for a play by OSF and we were not disappointed. I've always loved productions by OSF.
The Breadboard had delicious breakfast, really nice staff too. My husband loved Morning Glory for brunch. Downtown is lovely to walk along.
Overall we enjoyed Ashland and hope to return.
Very convenient to downtown, pool was lovely and relaxing. The grounds were peaceful and lush with their kitty and resident deer around. The main building for breakfast and lounging has lots of books to explore. Our room was very comfortable with updated bedding linens than what is photographed on the booking.com page. The breakfast was delicious and very filling. We actually didn't even have to eat lunch bc of it's size. Delicious coffee. This was a good fit for our relaxing, lazy weekend exploring Ashland.
I had a great experience at the Windsor. I arrived a little late, due to traffic. The young man at the desk was immediately accommodating and helpful. In very short order, he had me checked in, told me the best way to access my room, explained various services, and helped me figure out the best way to balance my fatigue with a need to eat! Plus the hotel was lovely, my view in the morning spectacular, and my breakfast was perfect. I hope to come back.
property is located in the downtown core which at this time of year was well decorated for the holidays. checking in was easy and the desk staff was accomodating and helpful. parking outside the ground floor unit was helpful to access the unit, and the parking lot was located in the privacy of the hotel courtyard. self serve breakfast consisted of egg, sausage reheat muffin, yogurt, and a choice of a few bread itmes. not the quality of a best western,
This my first stay in Ashland and I know it’s a destination town catering to a certain clientele....Our room was spacious with sofa and large windows overlooking a beautiful garden area with tables to picnic on. The room was well appointed with essential amenities and good wi-fi. For a non-brand hotel, the furnishings were excellent and I’m sure this hotel has lots of repeat business because of its excellence, location and value....
Comfortable beds, lack of carpet so clean floors, looked / felt renovated, 3 sinks in room (double queen room), few min drive from downtown Ashland, very spacious room, breakfast was fine given room price. Room had a kitchen with 2 burners and sink that we didn't use but would've if we stayed longer!
Quietly located a mere 4 miles from downtown Ashland. 1/4 mile from I5. Lovingly and carefully prepared for arriving guests. Changing seasonal decor. Neighbors are 3 beautiful horses, bucket of carrots provided if the neighbors come by to say hello. Much, much nicer than any hotel room could ever be.
We love staying here, which we do 4 times a year. Room is cozy, comfortable bed and pillows, nice breakfast. We love the elegant lobby, especially when it's decorated for the Christmas/New Years holidays. Love the central location in downtown Ashland. Excellent on premises parking.
Horrible breakfast. Dark room. We stayed at a Hyatt Regency in Portland Oregon that was the same price. The difference in quality was unbelievable. The best western hotel room we stayed in was not worth $218 a night.
Best hotel I have stayed in.very clean friendly great breakfast very cozy seating outside pet friendly I have already planning a trip back and have recommended it to family and friends awesome stay
Nice comfortable room, great downtown Ashland location that was excellent for walking, comfortable bed and pillows, very accommodating front desk staff.
all around charming, in a beautiful part of downtown Ashland. Very kind staff - personal, intimate feeling at the hotel. Dead quiet, slept like a baby.
