It was amazing.
It was amazing. I had a wonderful time, it is a lot to do in the downtown area a lot of attractions to see. Need more than just four days. You need to be willing to just take it all in and enjoy yourself. Unless you’re going for business. Our trip was for my husband‘s birthday so it was a very relaxing trip. The city has a lot to offer. The only downfall is the parking you definitely need a card because they do not accept cash at most places.

My best friend and I were in town for a concert.
My best friend and I were in town for a concert. We had so much fun popping into the bars and restaurants before hand… met some really cool people and Felt very safe. Found an amazing Mexican restaurant right on the water called Nuevos that we went to for lunch two days in a row! Loved walking around and taking scenic pictures of the docks area surrounding it after our bellies were full. With more time we would have visited the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame and done some shopping. So much to do! Indoors and out. And so little traffic. We felt safe the whole time. Really kind of loving the little big city of Cleveland!

The Cleveland downtown area has so much to see. University Circle is like looking at a picture. The buildings are a mix of older beautiful architecture mixed with new modern buildings. It was breathtaking. The sycamore trees were amazing. There are so many things to see as you walk to events or restaurants.

The hotel was near the Theaters and had many restaurant options. The best part for me was the short distance to the Cleveland Clinic and they also had the option to use their free shuttle service. Although, I found out from the hotel that I could have received a discounted rate with being there for the Cleveland Clinic. I felt like booking.com should have shared that information with me, so we could have saved ourselves some money.
I would recommend the Comfort Inn, but I'd suggest looking up the hotel's phone number and reserve directly through them to get the hospital discount, if that's the purpose of your stay.

Rock and Roll HOF. Winking Lizard. Playhouse Square.
Rock and Roll HOF. Winking Lizard. Playhouse Square. Progressive Field. The Clevelander. Little Italy (my favorite) West Side Market and the Christmas Story House. Day trip to Canton for Pro Football HOF and McKinley Library.
In particular, I was happy to see them selling wine from the local black-owned, Chateau Hough Vineyards and Winery. Also, MG gave was wonderful and gave her best effort to make my stay pleasant. When I expressed my concerns, MG discount one night of valet parking ($37). The hotel is located downtown and close (a share ride for Winter and maybe walk in warmer months) to Jack Casino, Tower City, and the major sports stadiums. Thank you, MG!
Convenient location. Short walk to downtown attractions. Hotel and surrounding area was well kept. Room was very comfortable and nice quality with a closet, easy chair and ottoman, desk and chair, refrigerator.
Also, if you don't want to use hotel valet parking at $37 a day and you won't need your car, there is a parking lot across the street for $12/day (no in/out priveleges for that price).
The Hilton Cleveland Downtown was truly amazing!!!
From check in to check out, the hotel and it's staff made our trip to Cleveland so special. An especially nice added touch was that during the stay the fron desk would text me to check in if I needed anything, Savannah was so helpful and so sweet, ALL hotels should follow this style of service, and more hotels need a super employee like Savannah
Great location near the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, great staff, good fitness facilities, great food and service at the bar (plus it was the only place open on a Sunday night), professional and helpful staff, reasonable price for a downtown hotel.
Overall we had a good experience. We really liked the temperature of the pool and hot tub. The bedding was what you'd expect from a hotel, my kids really enjoyed the scents of the soap, shampoo, etc. It was a huge hotel which my kids enjoyed.
drury Plaza Hotel Cleveland Downtown is the former Board of Education building they have renovated it but kept the feel of the former establishment. Very big rooms, great location and nice staff. Not too keen on the breakfast.
The room is big and looks recently updated. The lobby is a pleasant spot to sit, as is the nook where we had snacks. The bed was big and comfortable. The location is excellent if you want to explore downtown Cleveland.
nothing. we got stranded in Cleveland and I chose this hotel for the convenience of having to get up early with the kids and get our lost bags which never came so we should have just stayed downtown
Room was large clean and had all amenities we expected. Location was great and easily within safe walking distance to most all restaurants, bars, sports in the downtown Cleveland area
Conveniently located to events and attractions in downtown Cleveland. Great walk-in shower. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar located within the hotel.
