The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, albeit some of the furnishings are dated. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety. The location is amazing! Though I didn't have a lake facing room, the views from that side of the hotel are fantastic and the lake is lovely to walk.

I liked the cotton sheets on the bed. I can't stand those microfiber sheets. They have too much static and they seem to be everywhere! Thank you for the cotton. I also liked the view from the room.
