We loved our stay at the cabin. The pictures of the location do not do it justice. The cabin overlooks a tranquil creek and is surrounded by woods. We found that the location was perfect because it is minutes from downtown Blowing Rock and close to Grandfather Mountain. My husband and I look forward to returning soon.

So cute! So clean!! And very cozy. We will be back
Beautiful, quiet mountain town. It's a great place to get away and relax and enjoy some beautiful scenery. The quaint downtown is just minutes down the road and has lots of shops and restaurants. Grandfather Mountain is about 30 minutes away and is a must see if you have time.

Very quaint small town with a relaxing, comfortable country vibe. Very peaceful, great restaurants and shopping on Main street and nearby. Only a few miles from Boone - which is a larger town for shopping and restaurants. A nice area to visit - especially during the fall.

Blowing Rock is a beautiful place.
Blowing Rock is a beautiful place. Close to Boone and Grandfather Mountain. We were just there for a wedding and had no time to see the sights. The downtown area was lovely with lots of great shops and restaurants.
It was very windy and turned chilly during the night, so bring a warm jacket no matter the season.

It was a wonderful stay.
It was a wonderful stay. The village looks very nice and cozy. All cabins are around the lake (pond). You can go fishing there. They have a fishing poles to borrow! Or you can go to a picnic area and use a charcoal grill to make dinner or bring pizza from a local pizzeria and eat it outside or inside - whatever you prefer. You can cook dinner in the cabin. All cabins are well equipped: coffee maker, toaster, stove top, oven, full-size refrigerator. And they have a cook book in a cabin :)
They have a club house with a ping-pong table and a pool-table.
My favorite thing is to seat near the fireplace with a glass of wine.
Or seat in the rocking chair in the morning on the private porch.
We will definitely come back to the village.
This place was a gem! We decided on a whim to go visit blowing rock and needed a pet friendly place for our German shepherd. On entering the staff was AMAZING! We were only planning to stay one night but ended up booking a second night in which we chose a cheaper room for the second night. Both rooms were clean and the beds were so comfy! We cooked out the second night on their grills and really enjoyed how quaint this place was! We will 100% stay again if we have the change
We only stayed for one night at the Meadowbrook Inn. The room feels much more spacious than other hotels and has a bit of a charming feel. However, some of the space definitely needs a bit of an update. Breakfast was available at 7:30am and included cereal, oranges, quiche, muffin, yogurt, coffee, and some other things. Nothing to be excited about. The inn does charge a $50 (refundable) incidental fee. Location is great though!
The resort was beautiful with flowers blooming everywhere....The food at the resort was a 10.. EVERYONE who worked at that resort was kind and very competent...The best place to stay in Blowing Rock...It exceeded our expectations. Even though we did not use the spa the staff was kind and generous even giving us some free samples to take home. Aisha, the bartender was exceptionally awesome...Kind with a great personality....
Breakfast was satisfactory; kids were happy with it. Plenty of options. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean. Close to the center of Blowing Rock which is a beautiful town and easily accessible if you are passing along the Blue Ridge parkway, as we were. I recommend the British pub - the Sixpence- on Blowing Rock’s Main Street. Great British pub fare and ambiance!
Th staff could not have been more helpful; The room was just not situated comfortably. The whole town of Blowing Rock lost it’s water supply in middle of night; not hotel’s fault but it ruined the stay and we had to check out early next morning
We did not take advantage of the morning breakfasts, but the 24/7 coffee/tea bar was an additional benefit. The hotel was conveniently located in Blowing Rock, updated and extremely clean and very affordable. Highly recommend.
Location was perfect as we wanted to be in walking distance of downtown Blowing Rock attractions. Apartment was clean and comfortable. The host contact was readily available and helpful.
It was beautiful. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic location to walk the town. Exceptionally clean. This will be our first choice every time we visit Blowing Rock from now on.
Very nice and helpful staff. Cosy room. Nice to stroll around Blowing Rock village and on nature walks in the vicinity. Good breakfast restaurant just across the street.
The view was exceptional including mountains, lake and the village of Blowing Rock. The room itself was perfect: comfortable, well-appointed and clean as a whistle.
The location was perfect. About halfway between Boone and Blowing Rock. It was a spacious, yet cozy apartment. The view off the back porch is stunning.
