The pool was very warm. It was not what I was expecting. Usually I do not enjoy a hotel pool because they’re normally cold. Loved it!! The staff were all very accommodating and friendly.

Restaurant condemned, pool out of order, no extra towels, limited to non existent housekeeping, hotel made major safety error giving out room my wife’s key to a complete stranger and until confronted with a call to head office nothing would have been done…even at that just one night taken off bill. Front desk even hung up on me when I was trying to understand how this happened to my wife and young children who were alone on-a girls shooing trip. I wanted to see if they could be moved into a new room for safety (which was a no!) and at the very least was the key given out cancelled but I was hung up on. After that my wife was made to feel like she was overreacted by being scared that her room key was given to a complete stange man who entered my room at 11:30pm in an area known for human trafficking. They even have a sign on the hotel room doors to watch out for human traffickers. Do not stay at this hotel or chain.

If you’re going to or coming from Canada it’s a great place to stop. The town has everything you need, and there’re many places to eat, a museum, and plenty of out door activities, and quite historical.

The motel was very centered amongst shopping, dinning and other facilities. I used the pool and it was clean and well maintained.
The staff were friendly and very efficient. We ate at a wonderful Mexican restaurant called “hacienda “ and it was less than a mile from the motel.

There was nothing about my staff at the Comfort Inn that I liked. I would not visit that hotel again and would definitely not recommend anyone booking that facility unless you like overpriced run down rooms.
The staff was great (all of them - front desk, restaurant, housekeeping), the location was amazing, and the restaurant breakfast was really good and convenient. I'm also a pretty light sleeper so I was worried about having a room so close to the elevators, but I didn't hear any noise from the hallway at all. Parking was also great.
I don't normally stay at the Hilton chain of hotels, but a colleague recommended this hotel for staying in Watertown and I'm glad that I took her advice.
The staff were extra friendly and helpful. We were an extended family group, booked into 3 rooms, and all the rooms were large and comfortable, we'll maintained and very clean. We had a nice sitting area in our room where the group could gather in the evening to talk. The location was perfect for our outings between Watertown, Chaumont, and the St. Lawrence.
We checked in well past midnight, and the night clerk told us the hotel has a no pets policy, but he would make an exception because we notified them earlier about hour Husky. We were also running late in morning, and I asked for a late checkout, and they gave me unitl Noon free of charge.
This was very helpful to us in both cases.
It was a decent enough hotel, but it smelled very musty in there. Our bed was also very lumpy, so we didn’t get a great rest. The breakfast was as impressive though. Scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon, sausage, biscuits, waffles etc. We enjoyed that
The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly, thr complimentary breakfast was delicious, I will definitely recommend the Hampton Inn to all my family and friends who is traveling to Watertown
Continental Breakfast was okay but could have a little improvement i.e have had regular size muffins rather than little mini ones and perhaps some hard boiled eggs as we have seen in other hotels.
The pool was awesome and even though you could tell the hotel was a bit older the rooms and property were very clean and maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel was very close to many restaurants and other sites. The room had everything we needed and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful
Having rode all day (motorcycles) It was nice to relax by the pool. The breakfast was quite good as well. Right near The Texas Roadhouse restaurant. (very good food)
