The coffee station was always fully stocked with goodies and the coffee was always spot on. My husband, daughter and I took advantage of hanging down in the "living room" area both nights we were here, watching TV and not feeling like we had to always just stay put in our room.
I loved the cleanliness throughout the whole hotel!! We always saw the maintenance guy working, seemed like he never slept haha. All joking aside, he did a really great job. And nothing was broken! You have really great staff here too, super kind and helpful!
I enjoyed the lounge chairs and tables in the pool area, it really made the area feel accommodating and relaxed.
And the location is great! It's literally just seconds down the road from all the hustle and bustle.
We live over 3 hours away but if we ever come back to Plattsburgh, we will absolutely stay here again!!

Great staff, and location is great. I asked for rooms to be together since I got 2 rooms. They put us next to each other but unfortunately they didn't have an interior door. The beds were okay, but the pillows go completely flat. Breakfast was decent. There are plenty of parking spaces and carts to use.

Most people will stick to the shopping malls and the outskirts but you definitely need to go to the downtown area view the incredibly beautiful mansions of the streets and the centers and see the industrial colonial area by the river. There's also quite nice restaurants that are not chains or overpriced nonesense. It's small, but cute. Lots of cool antiques too

Plattsburgh was great as a stop on our way to Lake George. Our 2 night stay was more than enough to explore the town, hike around "Point Au Roche" trails and take a day trip to Ausable Chasm. The purpose of our trip was to rest before we continued our way to South Jersey. However, we DO love this area and wished we have stayed a bit longer. Plattsburgh is the last big city before entering Canada to the north. It is a city located near Lake Champlain. We recommend this area for anyone who is seeking tranquility.
