The inn was beautiful! We were greeted warmly and the host made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the room that we stayed in was extremely comfortable! I would highly recommend this hotel.
We needed a reasonable priced room for the night. We were barely in the room except to sleep. The floors have vinyl planking, so it feels a little refreshed. The bedding and curtains need to be updated as well.
Our expectations were low but it was okay.
It is a clean, efficient room to lay your head but would not plan to spend multiple days here.
The staff was very friendly.

The breakfast was twinkies, two small containers of stale cereal, bananas, apples and oatmeal packets.
The clientele were parolees and drug addicts one od which kept knocking on our door at 4 am. The clerk was very nice, they do have wifi and I really liked my bed but I felt unsafe in the room.

Cortland is a very nice town with great old beautiful houses everywhere. Driving around was easy and the local roads brought us gorgeous views. NYS is beautiful anyway. We were on a visit to a family reunion in Cuyler so we did not frequent the local restaurants or any other sites. Next time!!

Corltand is a quiet, rural town.
Corltand is a quiet, rural town. Though, there are many outdoor things to do, weather permitting. We loved eating and Frank and Mary's, a small and comfy diner in town. Ithaca and Syracuse are both a short drive to other attractions. We enjoyed our visit with our son who attends SUNY Cortland.

Go to Ithaca! So much more to offer.
Go to Ithaca! So much more to offer. Every place we went to eat in Cortland was not worth the money we spent. Seems very dirty and everyone is rude. Ended up in Ithaca for the rest of our stay in NY. Great food and shopping here in Ithaca

Quite a bit of music and arts
Benefits from strong Italian heritage
St Mary's Catholic Church is awesome as early immigrants built a Italian Cathedral.
Located centrally in a beautiful part on New York State.
My husband and I were pleased with our room. Based on the location (we had stayed at the Red Roof Inn in the past - horrible hotel) I was afraid to go to our room. But once we opened the door I was very pleased with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. Wish it had a freezer in the fridge for ice packs.
I came with my pup and we stayed for 2 nights. It was close by to the concert I attended at the Homer Center for the Arts and the location was perfect. The staff was friendly and my room was clean. It is an older hotel but was completely fine for us. Bonus ~ it is connected to a Perkins.
I love the fact that it is only 15 minutes from my daughter's college, which was the reason we went to Cortland. for her 20th birthday and we went to celebrate with her. Also this hotel have the most comfortable beds and pillows my family and I freaking love it. I really recommend it.
This hotel just opened in March 2024. It was clean and the staff were very friendly. There is no breakfast but the rooms each have a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and sink. It was easy to make oatmeal in our room. The pool wasn’t open yet but will be in a month or so.
Nothing. It was dirty unprofessional and not safe for my kids. Pimps and crack heads roaming around. Blood on lamp shade in room black mold all over the room stains everywhere the entire room smelt of smoke and gravel in sheets
Really nice staff at reception when I arrived and when I left. Made me feel welcome and comfortable. They were some of the most interesting hotel staff I have met in my travels and I enjoyed chatting with them.
Check in was easy, parking easy and plentiful, staff was friendly, room was extremely clean but inexpensive. Beds were comfy. A very pleasant surprise. Excellent value. Quick drive to SUNY Cortland.
THe appearance of the hotel frightened me so i did not stay there. I tried calling a few times to cancel but i did not get an answer so i was charged $119 but i didnt stay , very unhappy
This hotel was exceptionally clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. East walking distance into town and easy driving to Cortland Rep theatre out at Little York Lake
