The staff was so friendly and they even had a front desk dog which we loved. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was hot 24/7. The pool was pretty warm, we loved it. The room was very clean and well maintained. Zero complaints. We'll definitely be back. This was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had.

Location to all North Conway offers in dining and shopping. Toilet very low to ground, Used old furniture. My special requests before arriving were confirmed and upon arrival none were available. Special requests were high back chair(s) in room. Close Parking for our handicapped. Close proximity to room from main entrance. Furniture was very low to ground including television and chest of drawers it was on. TV was small. Broken secrity locks on doors of room. Hair in one of the beds. About a mile from the center of North Conway on the main road, yet off into the woods and away from the road noise.
